They managed to mess up even with the simplest order. I ordered tempura chicken nuggets with curry sauce, and somehow, they didn't give me the sauce. The chocolate Sunday with mint candies, as pictured, tasted so bad. The soft serve was too sweet but not milky, and the candies were stale, as if they were old. They also gave very little chocolate syrup compared to McDonald's, which made it even worse. It's definitely my last visit to BK, especially for this outlet.

The Ultimate Angus Mushroom Swiss I had was burnt so black it tasted bitter. The mushrooms were overly salty. Mind you, this is not a cheap burger. I've posted two pictures of my burgers: one with the blackened beef patty at the bottom and the other is the replacement burger, with the mushrooms still salty! I can only deduce that the mushrooms were prepared in a large batch. The restaurant itself was also dirty, with smudges on the posters hanging on the walls and tables not cleared by previous customers. I'm very disappointed with the food quality control of BK in general, as I have experienced lower quality food at other outlets, but the burnt patty at CQ Central tops it all.

Deserves a 0 rating! Dirty tables, extremely poor service, and surprisingly rude people, especially Thava, who claims to be the manager. Such ineptitude is disgraceful for a manager. She handed us the tray instead of the take-out bag as we had ordered. Moreover, 25% of our order was missing. When asked about the poor service, she rudely remarked that she was busy. No apology, zero finesse. Shame on you Burger King! Folks, don't go here unless you're itching for a bad experience!

Look out for the Burger King fast food chain. This was my first time trying the plant-based Whopper! Gosh, it really tastes like beef! It had two thick beef patties.
Very yummy and amazing! However, the burger bun disintegrates easily, and all the ingredients spill out. Hence, eating it with my hands was pretty messy!
Overall, it was a good experience trying the plant-based Whopper.
Perhaps Burger King can look into providing a firmer bun or cutting the burger into two portions.
A healthier and more sustainable alternative.

Located in Clarke Quay Central, it's close to the bus stop and the MRT platform. I tasted the plant-based Whopper and it really tasted like beef. I also enjoyed the yam pie. During that lunch, I received great customer service. Free Wi-Fi was available too. They are open from 8 am to 11 pm Sunday to Thursday, and from 8 am to 2 am on Friday and Saturday.
