If I could give zero stars, I definitely would! What lousy service. The cashier is poorly trained. Just because the customer is a foreigner, why special treatment? The customer hadn’t even finished waiting for her orders and why does she get to queue first while I just needed to buy a bottle of water and have to wait for her to be done????? What the heck! I waited and waited, and the cashier just pretended not to look at me and waited for that lady foreigner who hadn’t even received her orders yet!!! What the heck!! Please take a look at your unprofessional Malay staff who doesn’t know how to work and are very biased. Today at around 9:35-9:40 am, 24th July 2025!

Update: The Subway company made a big mistake by texting me that I would only receive 6 pieces of meat per 6-inch sub instead of 9. They should have told me this in the first place. Telling lies! 9 became 6. Subway company is daydreaming.
It's been a long time since I last bought Subway, so I went down to the Clarke Quay Central outlet this month (August). I purchased 2 x 6-inch Italian BMT subs for takeaway dinner.
The staff member didn't check properly. I was missing 6 pieces of sliced meat. There should have been a total of 18 pieces of sliced meat.
When I got home and checked, I only received 12 pieces of sliced meat instead.
I spent a total of $25.90, including other food items.
I texted Subway via FB Messenger and Instagram, but received no response. I tried to give feedback to Subway about this issue of missing meat.
I texted them to check CCTV. In the end, there was no response at all.
I waited for so long, but they didn't reply back. How long should I keep waiting?
I called the outlet's phone number, but the call was ended.
I do not recommend it.
Subway company didn't train their staff properly. Daydreaming.

The Smoky BBQ Beef Brisket was very cold. They did not heat it properly. The customer service was also terrible. Malaysia's Subway is so much better! It's sad that I paid so much but the taste was awful.

I can only agree with the comments made by others here and would strongly advise everyone to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. The staff do not even attempt to provide good service. Bread is often unavailable. Staff are rude and dismissive. I just don't understand why the franchise continues to support them. It's the Subway brand that's in the frame here. They don't deserve my business, and their careless, cavalier attitude meant that they didn't get it! In my view, they can shove their baguettes where the sun doesn't shine. I'll never go back to them.

Two female staff members seemed unwilling to serve customers. The Filipino lady appeared impatient and quickly walked away after I stated my order request at each point. Another staff member, a Malay lady, also seemed uninterested in listening properly. If you're unwilling to listen to customers' orders, then don't work here! Serve with eye contact and sincerity. We don't owe you anything, yet we can't even get the simplest amount of decent service!
