Please double-check and do not trust the counter staff. Make sure you see them pack your pastry. I specifically picked a pastry that looked fresher and repeated myself twice in case she didn't hear me. She acknowledged and nudged me away to the counter for payment. Ended up I got the stale-looking pastry, which was probably harder to sell and/or maybe an older batch to be disposed of soon. Just for a simple and cheap pastry, you've lost my respect. I'll surely warn my friends and family to check their items before leaving and not to blindly trust this shop.

When I went back to queuing, they let customers at the back to purchase first???? It just seems as though Polar does not care about their customers' experience.
