I have been a regular customer at the Subway Bedok outlet for years, but my patience with the morning shift staff has reached its limit. Their rude and unprofessional attitude is unacceptable. Every time I visit, they show impatience and frustration when repeating questions—yet the only reason they need to repeat is that they face away from customers while asking, making it difficult to hear them.
The ordering process is a mess. Instead of taking orders step by step, they rush through questions before properly taking the bread selection. This has been going on for years with absolutely no improvement.
It is clear that no corrective action has been taken despite ongoing poor service. Subway needs to seriously review the morning staff's behavior and training because this level of customer service is unacceptable.
On the other hand, the night shift staff are always polite and professional, which proves that proper service is possible—so why is the morning team still like this? Enough is enough.

Visited Subway at Bedok, and the service was disappointing. The staff were not attentive, service was slow, and explanations about the options were unclear. Please improve staff training to enhance the customer experience.

I went to this outlet to try their new item - the beef and mushroom melts. Normally, I can choose my own vegetables, but the two staff members working there told me I could only remove existing vegetables and not add any new ones. I was confused, and the only vegetable I could choose was capsicum. It's quite ridiculous that Subway doesn't allow customers to choose their vegetables, and out of all the options, you decided capsicum would be the one our target audience would want? How many food chains actually add capsicum to their sandwiches? Regarding the cheese, your staff was insistent that I either take one scoop of mozzarella with a portion of sliced cheese, OR one scoop of mozzarella without the sliced cheese, when I just wanted the mozzarella. And don't even get me started on the sauce. I couldn't even choose the sauce I wanted; I could only pick ranch sauce. If you're not giving your customers the option to choose their vegetables and sauces, then add a disclaimer to your poster and don't mislead them into the restaurant only to be faced with an unpleasant dining experience. I don't understand why your staff has to be so rigid about everything when the cost is about the same, and the options you normally give to your customers are forfeited because YOU decided your new seasonal item would be this way.

I used to eat at Subway! I tried the Bedok Mall branch today. I ordered the Energy Salad Bowl, and one of the workers seemed inexperienced in making salads; they didn't seem to know well what to put in. After packing it and coming back home to eat, I realized some vegetables were missing. This was different from other times I've had the same salad. The shop wasn't busy, yet this mistake happened. I'm quite disappointed and don't think I'll go to this branch again. The price was $10.50, and it was a poor salad bowl for that price.
