Everything was fine except for one staff member who was very rude and dismissive. He keyed in orders according to his own whim, for example, entering 'spicy' and 'Coke' when they were incorrect, because he simply didn't want to speak to customers and hoped they wouldn't ask for changes when he provided the wrong order. Customers waiting to order after me were blatantly ignored because he was not in the mood to take their orders. Honestly, it was the worst experience. Everyone else was great; please remove him from any customer-facing roles.

Ordered 2 spicy chicken from Deliveroo. Received 1 spicy and 1 original. The original chicken looked like a leftover from someone else's meal; it was all bone and skin. Ridiculous. Look at the bottom of the photo – does it look like the meat has been torn off?

I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO JOLLIBEE ANYMORE!!
I ate with my friend at Jollibee and ordered a Chickenjoy meal. I thought there would be rice, as shown in the picture, which we normally don't see on every menu.
When the order arrived, there was no rice, so we went back to the counter to ask for it. The staff said we had to pay extra or exchange it for one side, which I had already paid extra for when I ordered. When I asked the staff about the picture, she said, 'It is only for illustration.' So I asked again why they didn't mention in the kiosk that it was for illustration only and why rice was only included in some menus. Then she said, 'How can we know about this? You go and ask the marketing team.'
I understand they are just serving the food and have nothing to do with the menu, but how rude is it to tell the customer to go ask themselves? And that one piece of chicken is so small with big bones! How can you call it a meal that a person can't eat fully to their stomach?
Maybe the name should be changed to 'finger bites'.

Simply can close down your business.3 times I asked my colleague to order even with cutlery checked
This place should just close down. Three times I asked my colleague to order, and even with cutlery checked each time, there was no cutlery and no chilli. My colleague even double-checked before leaving, and the staff said it was packed. Improve? It's getting worse. Your chicken tastes like rubbish without chilli sauce.

It's been a while since I came to Jollibee, and we shared a meal as we were both still feeling full from lunch.
The 3-piece chicken meal with 2 sides came up to around $12, which is bonkers. It must have been years since I last visited, but it couldn't have been more than $10 back then.
The chicken was decent though; it comes off the bone easily and didn't feel overly fried, although it wasn't spicy at all.
The fries weren't great either, rather bland and not how I like them – just plain potato slices.
I don't see the appeal of this anymore, perhaps due to the fact that I'm avoiding fried food, but the price is still way too high for the quantity.

The queue for the order machine is super long, but the actual order counter is empty. I walked up there and ordered instead. Anyway, the spicy fried chicken is super good. I get why people like it now, especially with the gravy. However, I don't think I can get onboard with the spaghetti.
