When we were ordering, it was only 1.5 hours before closing time, and just 3 flavours were left. When we asked the worker, the reasoning given was that it was already the second batch. This wasn't convincing, to be honest. Does this mean I have to come 3 hours before closing time to get my preferred flavours? She seemed a bit flustered when asked about it. Other customers before us also left because there were very few choices left 1.5 hours before closing.

I visited on April 12th at 6:20 PM and ordered a couple of drinks. The barista here was not only bad at her job but also rude. I ordered a Mocha Chill and a Chocolate Chill with a Hazelnut shot. Firstly, the chocolate chill had traces of coffee, which was terrible for a non-coffee drinker. This indicates the barista did not clean the mixer properly before preparing the next drink. Next, the mocha chill was too bitter, so my wife asked me to request the barista make it sweeter. However, her response was rude! She sneered and laughed, as if my request was ridiculous. Other places like Starbucks and Coffee Bean always helped us remedy such situations. She initially refused to help, so I had to ask her to simply add sugar syrup to make it sweeter. Why is Krispy Kreme hiring a lazy and slow barista?

BY FAR THE WORST KK OUTLET! We’ve been to so many outlets in different parts of Asia, and the Mocha Chiller has always been sweet—just like their donuts. When we asked the female barista, who was taking her sweet time (the slowest barista I’ve seen in my life), she responded that it’s coffee-based and should not be sweet. My husband DID NOT ask why it wasn’t sweet. He said IT WASN’T SWEET AS USUAL. And that would have been okay if she didn’t respond in such a rude manner with a bitchy stare at my husband. Let me tell you, when we were at Starbucks at Kinex Paya Lebar, the barista didn’t even say a word—she gladly took my drink and made a new one from scratch, making it sweeter. We had to apologize because we only wanted them to add more sweetener, but we appreciated that kind of service so much, especially when she added a note “Thanks! Have a good day!” BUT THIS? Really a disappointment! A bland drink and very bad service—what could be worse?

During my visit, I encountered a male staff member (a large man dressed in black and wearing a mask) who displayed unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour. When I requested to change my drink, as the one I initially wanted was unavailable, he rolled his eyes at me and gave me an attitude. He also made comments behind our backs, as though customers were beneath him, which made the experience very unpleasant. On top of that, he was using his phone while working, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional.
Unfortunately, he did not have a name tag or any form of identification, so I am unsure if he was a manager or a staff member. I hope Krispy Kreme will address this matter seriously, as good service is an important part of your brand’s reputation. I am certain I am not the only customer who has experienced such treatment, and it left us feeling disrespected and disappointed after what was supposed to be a pleasant outing.
I hope that their team will look into this incident and take steps to ensure better service at this outlet.

Sugar glazed donut was nice and light; on the pricey side at $2.8 though.
Disappointed by the New Yo
The sugar-glazed donut was nice and light, though on the pricey side at $2.8. I was disappointed by the New York cheesecake donut at $3.3, as the cheese filling inside somehow didn't taste as fresh, perhaps due to its clumpy/mushy texture. There was also quite an evident lemon flavour.

Good amount of fillings in their donuts, good variety of flavours to choose from. We did not dine in
Good amount of fillings in their donuts, with a good variety of flavours to choose from. We opted for takeaway today.
We bought a box of 12. I would prefer Krispy Kreme to do away with boxes of 12 and pack them in 2 boxes of 6 instead. It would be easier for us to carry them around, particularly if we aren't going home directly.
This is a repeated purchase. We always come back for more.

The donuts are always good and the service was quite fast. However, the seats were hogged by patrons who had already finished their food and drinks but refused to leave, and the staff did nothing to remedy the situation. The iced hazelnut latte was very sweet.

We like Krispy Kreme donuts, though their prices are on the high side. We appreciate their effort in regularly introducing new designs. Our kid is attracted to their special donuts, such as their recent Ghostbusters edition. We picked up a Molly the Spider this time round.
