Somehow, my onion rings were fried for so long they became rock solid and very dark brown. I couldn't even bite some pieces.

Disappointing, the service was bad. I ordered takeaway, but the staff didn't read out the number, so I had to go to the counter to ask if it was my order. The ice cream was already melting when I took it. I didn't realize it was a broken ice cream cone until I ate half of it; there was a big hole at the base, and it dripped all over my clothes. I had to go to the washroom to wash it off, but it couldn't come off and stained my white shirt. I will never patronize the Burger King Suntec City outlet again.

Located on level 3 near GV. It's less crowded and has fewer staff than the McDonald's in the same mall. Join the line at the cashier before you decide to order, as it might take time for your food to come – you don't want to miss your movie :) .

The entire crew at this outlet needs a refresher course. Tables were not cleared and wiped. Floors were dirty. Bins were full to the brim. No one bothered to check SafeEntry or vaccination status. These are basic requirements for a fast-food joint. I came in on a Tuesday night around 8:30 PM, which wasn't even peak dinner time. Don't come to work if you don't like it.

I like this spacious and quiet Burger King outlet at Suntec City, as it's located on the upper floor in a much quieter corner of this huge mall. The service here was friendly and generous, and the meals were promptly prepared. Today I had an Ultimate Angus Classic BBQ Value Meal with fresh lettuce and raw onion rings, and the fries were fairly chunky and freshly prepared. My wife had a Portobello Mushroom Swiss Tendergrill Chicken Value Meal. The ambience here was more than comfortable.

The food was excellent, and I was served by the most hilarious, friendly, and lovely ladies at the cashier. The place was clean and peaceful during the daytime. A heartfelt thank you to the ladies, especially the eldest, for her exceptional politeness and warm smile every time I interacted with her. It truly brightened my visit!

Fast food restaurant food isn't expected to be healthy, but it's definitely fast-serving. To me, all fast food is the same. They have nice drumlets called Mexican drumlets. ❤️ Do a Google search for Burger King promotions, then show the staff or key the promotion code into the kiosk for a good deal meal. This year, Burger King is partnering with the HuntForMouse activity, where you can potentially win half a million. Nice work, as businesses must always bring exciting ideas to their beloved customers and make them feel excited while dining in. If you're looking for a non-stressful job, a fast-food restaurant is a good place to work. Looking at the photo I took, it's $12 per hour, which is alright. I'm in the HR industry, so this rate is acceptable. Compared to some other restaurant workloads, Burger King is still less stressful. Do ask your company about CPF contributions; it's additional money for your future, which you can use for buying a new house and for medical care. I had lunch or dinner here with my friends, but one of them received the wrong drink. The manager/employee was so nice and gave us free vouchers! The fries are very crispy and the burgers are good. Would come again!
