The server placed his iPhone on speaker in the tray with donuts. This is not the kind of hygiene I'm comfortable with! I left without ordering as I wasn't going to risk it.

The opening hours are inaccurate, and the staff is incredibly rude. It was the worst experience I've had at any Krispy Kreme outlet.

What kind of place closes for over an hour in the middle of the day? It's the busiest time, and there's no one serving. A complete waste of time. It's a shame the company doesn't want to hire enough people to run their shops properly. (Sadly, I wouldn't be surprised if Krispy Kreme closes down in SG, given the very low effort at their outlets.)

Hi, this was a very bad experience I had at your shop. I was buying donuts and standing in front of your worker. She didn't want to serve me, she was on the phone. Then I told her I wanted the donut, and she gave me the wrong one. Her attitude was also very poor.

The outlet was still busy after dinner hour, and we were in the queue. Three tourists before us were trying to decide which donuts to order. Raj was patient and politely answered their questions about fillings, types, and sugar levels. At the end, they managed to select three types. Raj then shared with them about the promotion for purchasing six donuts. They were delighted and added three more to their purchase. Raj then acknowledged us, apologized for keeping us waiting, and took our orders promptly. We have always enjoyed the awesome Krispy Kreme donuts, their good texture, extensive and creative varieties, not to mention the excellent service rendered by Raj. He was such a hardworking and courteous staff member who provided prompt service despite being the sole staff on duty.
