We came here to eat at 5:30 PM, and the staff was sweeping and mopping the floor. Dust particles and the smell of detergent killed our appetite. Were they preparing to close for the day? It also seemed like there was only one wait staff serving food. I haven't even started on the quality of the food yet... nothing impressive.

Worst service ever. We waited almost an hour for our food and had to remind them as they forgot it. I ordered a poached egg, but they ended up forgetting it and gave me a fried egg instead because they forgot the original order. Really disappointed. We also waited outside for a while as no staff wanted to attend to us, even though there were available seats.

First time trying. Had their 3pcs duck ramen set lunch ($12.80), which came with one side dish and a drink. The texture of the noodles was acceptable but tasted bland. The soup was not flavourful and lacked umami. The side dish was standard. I waited a long while for the duck ramen to be served while my friends almost finished their meal. The duck meat was tender. Overall, it was very normal, nothing outstanding.

Disappointing experience at Tokyo Shokudo Bistro. The service was very poor—waitresses seemed reluctant to serve, barely responded to questions, and when they did, it was with unclear murmurs. Despite this, a 10% service charge is automatically added, which feels unjustified. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, and overall, the staff made us feel like we were a burden rather than guests. The chicken ramen was decent—slightly salty but edible. Still, the poor service overshadowed the food. Definitely not recommended. Better options are available elsewhere. Stay away.

Coming here first time and try ramen first time. Good food and nice service But just advice play so

This was my first time here and my first time trying ramen. The food was good and the service was nice. However, I would suggest playing some music if possible, and improving the side dishes and drinks, especially dessert. I was planning to have dessert after my meal but couldn't find anything I wanted. I ordered the ice lemon tea, which tasted nice, but the cup was very small considering the price.
