At 3 PM, the restaurant was empty. I ordered their signature spicy don. The Chinese waitress offered no interaction other than pointing me to a table. Then, the crockery was placed far away from me. Next came the tea. All items were placed abruptly and she left. Then came the don and a side plate. The side plate was thrown onto my table and was still spinning when the waitress walked off – very skillful indeed! I wonder if I interrupted her after her lunch break or if I offended her somehow without realizing. The don came with very little rice, but I guess that's to make space for all the tempura items. The batter didn't taste nice and wasn't crispy. It wasn't spicy at all, even though I selected spicy. Overall, not recommended. Why pay for lousy food and service?

Felt scammed by the menu. It stated free-flow noodles with any ramen set purchased, and also an additional $1 for one plate of meat top-up for the Sukiya beef set. The waiter told us we had already ordered three plates from the menu and no more, and that we had topped up noodles once already, so no more. We purposely went through the menu to check for any T&Cs, but there weren't any. Please do something.

Visited the place with family. We wanted to order at the counter but were rejected. The staff insisted we order online, even though there is an option to order at the counter. This is my second time with the restaurant, and the service is still not up to par. They seem to be understaffed, with only one person serving outside the kitchen.

The food looked good, so we tried it, but it tasted too normal. We won't return again. The tempura tasted better than the ramen. The chicken char siew tom yam was bad.

First time here. Ordered two tendon sets and two different ramen bowls. The Char Siew in the ramen was small, unlike in real Japanese restaurants. In fact, it seemed to be made of chicken; they don't appear to serve pork. The tendons were fried nicely, but the taste of the tempura could be better. It seemed there were no tea refills as we didn't see the staff refilling. A disappointment was that they didn't have wasabi, which should be a must in any Japanese food. There were no other condiments like chili flakes. Sauce had to be asked for. The cutlery was miserably served. They should have a rectangular box to put the cutlery in. We had to ask for an empty dish to hold the tempura so we could dig into the rice. Not worth the 10% service charge. Price-wise, it's reasonable.

Quiet atmosphere, not tasteful and not worth the price. Update: Recently revisited this noodle shop and decided to try their minced meat dry noodle instead of the soup version. And wow—what a difference! The dry version turned out to be a much better experience.

Nice. We enjoyed our lunch. Esp the chicken thigh noodle which is a special. First time ever I still

Nice. We enjoyed our lunch, especially the chicken thigh noodle, which is a specialty. It was the first time I still had meat leftover after finishing my noodles. Usually, ramen has a small sprinkling of meat, like an afterthought. This was good. We arrived at 11:40 am before the lunch crowd on a Saturday. Will definitely be back.

Standardized taste throughout other outlets, including this. Let's dive in! Food: Taste is standardized across all other outlets. Good, yummy, and not slow. Service: Staff seems to be busy, but unfortunately, we can't give a 5-star rating because the smiles and service weren't up to par with others. However, 4 stars is still good, yeah. Atmosphere: Clean and the layout seems similar to other outlets too. But this place is at one corner, so it feels a bit out of the way. Well, this place is new, so maybe it will take time to garner traffic, yeah. Cheers!!
