The chicken chasu ramen tasted okayish. However, I disliked that they marked up the prices for the National Day 1-1 promotion. Why charge $12.97++ instead of the menu price indicated of $10.90++?

5 stars for the servers. I think they are understaffed; the guy kept running around. Thank you, Ameemah, for the good service. She was very friendly and attentive and solved our complaints. However, the food was really bad. The fish was washed-out and bland. The egg quality wasn't good; it only came with the yolk, then later replaced by Ameemah (as pictured). The nori was so hard. The waffles were not great, and the ice cream was hard on the side (hard ice). But the berries were fresh.

An average ramen place, but big on service. The place was clean and the waitstaff were very attentive and accommodating. I had the spicy duck ramen, which was okay but nothing memorable. The tempura was good though.

First time here. As you can see from my photo, I ordered at 11:50 AM and am writing this review now. The food came out fast, but it wasn't piping hot; it was lukewarm. However, the deep-fried items were piping hot. The rice was cold and hard, as if it had been left in the rice cooker overnight. The miso soup was cold. My Iberico pork belly don had meat that was just room temperature and hard (overcooked), like leftovers from yesterday's preparation. Very disappointing.

Located near the escalator, with seating inside the restaurant and along the walkway. A friendly Malay female staff member pleasantly advised us to take a table near the entrance as it's cooler. This was my first try at a halal ramen and tendon place, and I was quite interested to find out how the chicken broth would taste. Unfortunately, both the original and spicy versions turned out to be very salty. The egg that came with the noodles was overcooked, and the ramen lacked a springy sensation. The batter for the tempura was too thick and had a "yeast" taste, accompanied by a bland dip. Perhaps my taste buds were numbed by the saltiness from the ramen. It's a pity about the food, as the environment is good for a quiet dinner.

Very nice lunch! The food is just right, love the soup; it's not too salty. The noodles are so soft and yummy! We had the Banana Waffle with chocolate ice cream, which was served after our lunch. It was so delicious, and we will definitely come back again.

Love the tendon and ramen options. The tempura seems to be a hit and miss sometimes, but it's still a great option for every visit. I bought the duck and chicken ramen, both with very rich broth. The noodles were springy and the overall combination of flavours was just nice. Speedy service during lunch hour was impressive. However, the food was almost on the salty side, and the tempura can be a little oily, especially the fish tempura. The green tea always tastes great over any other drink options. Recommended place for a casual, but delicious Japanese dining experience

We ordered scallop and chicken char siew ramen tom yum. The broth is rich and aromatic, capturing the classic tangy and spicy flavors of tom yum while adhering to halal standards. The noodles are perfectly cooked, offering a nice texture that complements the broth. There were no other customers at 2pm, making for a quiet meal. Food for relaxation.

I wonder why this outlet is so quiet and empty. The food is good every time I eat here. The restaurant is clean and the setting is warm. There has never been a crowd so far as I have been here. The service is slow, perhaps because there are very few waiters/waitresses/cooks, but they are nice. I hope something is done to promote this place better and attract more customers, as I don't want it to close down. I want it to stay and thrive! Maybe they need to join Burpple to attract the crowd!

I really suggest trying their "Signature Tendon" – a mix of tempura with rice. In my opinion, this outlet consistently delivers top-notch food quality, unlike another outlet I've been to where the tempura wasn't as crispy. My friends also enjoyed their ramen and said it was quite good. I might give it a try next time, but for now, it's still Signature Tendon! Oh, and it's a Halal restaurant chain, by the way, which makes it a good option if you're looking for a place to dine with your Muslim friends or colleagues.
