I used to give this place a 5-star review 9 months ago, but it's crap now. The ramen broth tastes like some MSG soup, salty and disgusting. The ramen egg was overcooked.

The restaurant is infested with flies, and the staff seem to have accepted this and are not doing anything about it. I initially noticed a fly buzzing around my table upon being seated and brushed it off as an occasional encounter. However, once I had ordered, I noticed a swarm of flies resting on the leaves of the decoration right next to my head. We also observed that almost every empty table had at least 2-3 flies resting on its surface. We pointed out the issue of flies nesting on their decorations, dividers, chairs, and tables, but the staff simply stated that as they are an establishment that sells meat, flies are inevitable and nothing can be done as they do not use insecticides or fly killers. We requested a change of table to a recently vacated one that seemed cleaner, but the staff cited it was dinner time and could not accommodate us, even though there were many empty tables around at 7 pm. She eventually moved us to another smaller table after shooing away several flies and wiping the surfaces again. This truly soured my dining experience, knowing that environmental hygiene is of low importance at this restaurant. I can only imagine the state of the kitchen if the dining area is like this. The response from the wait staff gives me the impression that they are aware of this issue but are unable to intervene. The management of this restaurant needs to be more proactive in managing pest and hygiene issues.

The chasu chicken ramen soup was tasteless. Even though I gave feedback directly to the waitress, the chef then cooked another two new bowls of chasu ramen for us. However, they still had the same bland flavours. This restaurant is newly opened and doesn't have many customers. Today, my friend and I visited this Lot One outlet for the first time, and somehow the flavour is very different from the Westgate outlet on the 3rd floor. I'm also wondering why the Yuzu ramen has been discontinued; the flavour was so mesmerizing and appetizing.

Terrible experience here. The snow crab set was underwhelming, and we waited for such a long time before the food was served. Additionally, the waiter didn't seem to know the menu well and had to ask the chef twice before she could tell us the difference between the soup bases. Worst of all, a huge clump of dust fell onto our table halfway through our meal, and shortly after, a fly fell into our soup and died in it. I lost my appetite and didn't finish my food after.
