UPDATE: I'm writing my review now. I ordered at the kiosk at 7:20 PM after running errands at Unity pharmacy. Around 8:20 PM, I had been waiting for over an hour to make my payment by cash. Many customers waited 1 or 2 hours to get their food on time because orders were mixed up and not in sequence. Two staff members were rude and had bad attitudes.
Also, there was no Sprite and no ice at all. I had to use my Coke instead. That was on my receipt, order 8676. Won't come back again. After receiving my food at 9:42 PM, it had been 2 hours and 20 minutes.
I give zero stars.

Dropped by KFC at Lot 1 Shopper's Mall for lunch. While there was enough seating and the place was decently managed, the food was disappointing. The chicken felt half-cooked, overly oily, and lacked the usual KFC flavor we expected. Definitely not up to par compared to other outlets. Hope they improve the quality soon.

Mashed potatoes were surprisingly the star, with a fragrant peppery taste and smell. The mash was soft and melty, almost tasting handmade.

Went to get the $10 IFC deal but there was a huge queue. Queuing is fine, but the order panel wasn't in use, and we purely depended on the staff shouting out order numbers. The order numbers were called randomly, leading to confusion for customers about how long they had to wait. The experience was very poor as even on normal days, the panel is also not in use. Great chicken, but the poor order system leads to customer frustration.
