The staff was very rude! When asked where to queue up, he was very reluctant. Then when I returned the money, he asked for a receipt and looked very unhappy. From now on, I will never buy swee hang bread again!! Bad attitude.

Opens at 9 am, which is sadly not suitable for people who want to have it as breakfast before starting work. What is the logic behind this? I think opening at 8 am would make more sense; they could close earlier if needed.

Very poor attitude from the bespectacled young girl manning the waffle counter on 2 Aug 2024 around 2:15 pm. The way she raised her voice, "Queue is outside," was so disrespectful, especially since most of us there could be as old as her parents! This will be my last time patronising this shop. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff are quite good, especially the Malay lady. To the bespectacled young lady, if you want to be in the service industry, you should learn to be more well-mannered and take feedback positively.

I've been to this Swee Heng bread shop less than three times. My experiences with a Malay lady, an old aunty, and a chubby Chinese server were pleasant; they were really friendly and helpful. However, what truly upset me was a young girl who served me today. Hey, I'm a customer, show some basic respect and courtesy. No smiles, no greetings, not even a thank you. If you hate your job, please quit. After paying, she just handed over the plastic bag to me, how disrespectful to throw the bag there and walk to the waffle station. Working in that 'bo chap' manner and attitude. When customers were confused with the queue line, she didn't even give a F about it. Three of us were clueless, and she just looked up and pretended nothing happened. If you aren't happy with your job, quit, okay? Don't throw that BS attitude. I went at about 4 pm and encountered this super rude young girl worker.

So happy to see another bakery here. I've been buying their breads and cakes, and both are fresh and nice. The cakes and bread are reasonably priced. They have whole cakes available off the shelf. Cakes with cartoon designs can be ordered in advance. The staff is very friendly and polite.

My daughter bought a delicious strawberry custard at 10:49 am on June 21st, 2023, and received excellent, impeccable service from a lady server and cashier. Thank you very much, we appreciate it. Again, on July 5th, 2023, at 3:12 pm, we received excellent service from a gentleman and a lady cashier. We had the Chicken Mayo Croissant, Hawaiian Pizza, and Chicken Ham & Egg Croissant. It was delicious and reasonably priced, which will surely keep us coming back.
