I went to buy a waffle here and ordered one. While I was checking out the cakes section, a Malay lady (I don't know her name) came in and asked me to move. I thought she was a customer, so I made space and continued looking at the cakes. She then came back to me and rudely told me to wait outside because I had ordered a waffle. To my surprise, she was a staff member. Because of her, my visit was not pleasant.

I'm giving a one or two-star rating because I ordered a chocolate waffle, but when I got home and checked, they gave me butter instead of chocolate! I don't understand why this happened, and I was very angry. This is disappointing, and I won't be coming back.

Please do respect customers when they are seeking help. Instead, these two Malay ladies replied, 'They are not supposed to pack items inside the plastic.' As customer service, please be polite. As management, please do something and advise your staff. I checked in at 9-plus pm at the IMM outlet.

Small shop with a wide variety of bread. Looked neat and clean, though it seemed a bit narrow. The cashier was more focused on chatting with other staff and almost forgot to put the bread in the bag. We found a small cake in the bag when we got home, and we weren't charged for it. I guess they were clearing their stocks as it was going to expire tomorrow.
