Food was reasonably delicious but we find the curry salty too. Even though there was enough service

The food was reasonably delicious, but we found the curry to be too salty. Although there were enough service staff around, the service vibe was not good. It started with an unclear queue outside the restaurant. Even though we were kindly guided to the line, you could see the staff looked tired and annoyed. There's a service charge even though you have to order via their app and cook yourself! What's worse was after we were served the raw meat by a young male staff member. He just walked off. We were left baffled until we sought help from another staff member about the cooking. There wasn't a bigger plate to place the cooked meat, so we asked the young man for a similar-sized plate that was used for the raw meat, and he returned with a clean similar plate. However, we were careful and smelled the plate; it smelled of raw meat. Anyway, though the food was good, the staff clearly lacked training.

Policy Enforcement Could Be More Professional Visited Yakiniku Shukudo (IMM Jurong) on 3 May at 6:10 pm with my family. While I respect the "no outside food" rule, the staff’s approach was unnecessarily harsh. A staff member named Annie (who I realized was the manager) *shouted* at our table when I briefly ate an IKEA-bought snack (before realizing my mistake). The manager then sternly ordered me to put it away without any polite communication. A simple, polite reminder would have sufficed—no need for loud scolding, especially in front of other diners. The policy is fair, but the *delivery* needs improvement. I hope the team (especially a manager in the service line) can be trained to handle such situations more professionally.

I went there with my family of 13 for Mother's Day celebration. The food was so good, but the service needs to be better. I was drinking from a glass and got a cut on my lips due to a broken edge. I asked the staff to throw away the glass immediately and told her what had happened, but she just said 'okay.' She did not ask about my well-being. Poor service.

I love yakiniku and was excited to try this place. The prices of the set meals seemed reasonable enough, but the taste of the meat fell a little flat, especially the beef steak. The karubi was okay, and the beef tongue was chewy and not very consistent. The service, however, was not great. Although free-flow kimchi was offered, the servers appeared grumpy each time we asked for it. And when we finished and pushed the tray to the side, I was told off, saying the table was meant to be shared (clearly the tray was empty and there was no one sharing at that point). Won't be back for sure.

It took 20 minutes to slice one piece of lamb chop. The serving is slow, so be prepared if you want to eat here. We also asked for a knife but it was never served. The meat was very oily and fatty, with not many edible parts.

Located on the 2nd level of IMM, take the Green MRT line and alight at Jurong East to reach the J-Walk which leads to IMM. This restaurant is situated diagonally opposite Seimoncho. The concept of this restaurant is interesting with its à la carte menu of personalized halal BBQ. Only beef and chicken are available on the menu. The restaurant can accommodate almost 40 people, and dining is limited to 60 minutes. Ordering is done by scanning a QR code provided by the staff upon seating. The staff are friendly and do their best to serve you as quickly as possible. The meat served isn't the absolute best, but considering the price of their value meals, it's acceptable. I would recommend paying a little more for an extra portion. Each value meal comes with a small bowl of kimchi and two sauces. Beef lovers might enjoy it here as you can grill your meat to your liking. Chicken might be slightly trickier as they use thigh meat, and when sliced, there are many small pieces that could fall through the grill. Overall, it's a must-try for Yakiniku lovers who aren't looking for a buffet but just a quick BBQ fix.

Friendly staff. Plates are cleared quickly. The meats are delicious and tender. Comfortable seating. If the menu had some tempura items, it would be even better. Truly enjoyed the dinner.

We received our food from Lodhi in less than 10 minutes after ordering - super fast and impressive service! Chloe was very kind to help us exchange our drinks when we preferred not to have a cold bottle. The manager, Annisa, was so patient in explaining that the rice is refillable, which was a lovely surprise! Haliza also checked in with us to ensure we were having a good experience and made sure the condiments were topped up. My partner and I had such a wonderful time here, all thanks to the friendly staff and quick service. We'll definitely be coming back again because the food here is so delicious yet so affordable for its portion!
