Ordered pasta, a sandwich, coffee, and cake. We were told that the pasta and sandwich would take a long time to be served, but in the end, you all forgot my order. It only took you less than 10 minutes to prepare my missed order. If we hadn't followed up after almost an hour, it would have been a lost order and a waste of time. We could see your kitchen wasn't even busy. Why don't you want your customers to order food besides cake and coffee? It wasn't even busy at that time. It's like you don't want customers. Now I know why; your service is terrible.

And I just don't know why the tea is SO HOT that you have to wait like 10 minutes before you can drink it. I hate it. I remember Coffee Bean always being like this. I don't recall seeing a problem at Starbucks.
I might not return and will avoid visiting at this timing at all costs, especially as an introvert.

I honestly don't expect anything outstanding from a coffee joint like this, especially early in the morning when I'm still trying to wake up properly for the day. There isn't that extra kick you'd get from other cafes and coffee places. Even a simple good morning or small talk from the coffee auntie would have been lovely in heartland areas like these.

As a result, several tables were left cluttered for a long time, and staff didn't seem to clear them regularly. Tea cups were also not cleaned properly. All these affected the overall experience.

Overall, a terrible experience. The couches and tables are horrifyingly dirty. The food and drinks are good, but their cleanliness could be improved. Please do something about this. Change the couches' material so it's easier to clean, because seriously, this is disgusting and awfully repulsive. Molds are already visibly seen growing on those same couches.
