I'm sad because I ordered a set menu sandwich and asked to add another sauce instead. However, Glenn wouldn't let me, even though I mentioned that many other outlets do it. Glenn, who worked at the IMM outlet on May 25th, 2025, at 8:45 pm, told me Subway doesn't do that. Subway's official policy states it's completely fine to add sauces. I even asked for just a tiny bit. Uncool, Glenn. Really uncool.

The person preparing the sandwiches seemed in a rush, pressuring us to place our order quickly even though there was no one behind us in the queue. They rushed us, making it hard to pick the toppings we wanted for our sandwiches.

Visited this chain after a long while. Was searching for a good deal when the $5.90 value meal combo caught my eye. This comes with a drink and cookie of your choice, as well as 4 6-inch 'subs' that you can choose from. Got the Chicken Shroom Poloni meal. Well-staffed for a Saturday lunch period, with one staff member at each station. Staff were polite. The product was good, especially when coupled with mustard and mayonnaise sauces. The wholegrain bread was crunchy and worthwhile in itself. The 'sub' wasn't soggy at all, and it was clear that fresh ingredients had been used. A White Macadamia Cookie was taken as the extra. Good cookie - soft, simple, and subtle. The cup given for drinks was of good volume. Very nice interior with pictures of various ingredients that Subway offers. Good warm lighting with ample seating. Located near McDonald's.

One of the greatest Subway outlets in SG! The lady who prepared my flatbread was friendly and efficient. The bread was soft and fluffy with fresh ingredients. The ham toasties were warm and fantastic. The mac and cheese was simple yet delicious. The lady who served at the cashier counter was very customer-oriented, kind, and polite. Great team!
