The Pad Thai is served wet style. The flavour is okay, but it was too soft and wet for my personal liking, although the seafood ingredients were considerably generous. Overall, the taste is more commercial, so it's not the place if you're looking for authentic Thai food.

Ordering via the self-service kiosk was easy. Service was prompt, even on a weekend dinner. You need to find a seat/table before ordering. The combo meals seem quite value for money. The boat noodles were average, not too sweet. The meat was tender, but the softness of the tendons varied. The fried chicken was crispy, and the mango sticky rice was average. The lemongrass drinks were not too sweet and refreshing.

We were very disappointed by the service and food here. Today, we went to eat at IMM and found this place. I ordered the garlic black pepper crispy chicken with rice. After eating one piece of chicken, I discovered a hair in it, which seemed to have been marinated together. I stopped eating and asked the person at the billing area, but they never apologized. The person just looked at the chicken and said, 'Okay, I'll give you a new one.' However, we refused the new one and only asked for a refund for my food, which was $9.90. My sister ordered the Tom Yum sauteed, and she simply did not like the taste or the smell of the food. Please improve your service and the taste of your food.

Ordered the beef noodle set using the self-service kiosk and self-collected at the counter when the buzzer alerted. The beef noodle set included a drink (I chose Cha Red Tea Jelly), beef noodles, and two fried chicken pieces (a wing and a drumette), costing $13.90. It was an average meal considering the price.

Eating at Saap Saap Thai in IMM for the first time. The Tom Yam fried fish noodle is good. I liked my fried chicken noodle too. The taste is original, like in Thailand. Recommended. However, the staff appeared unhappy when asked to assist with using the self-ordering kiosk.

This Thai Grilled Chicken Boat Noodle was $7.90. The price is reasonable as the portion was really huge. As seen in the picture, there are also two big pieces of chicken meatball. The soup was very flavourful, and I didn't need to add any additional seasonings. I would come back here to try out the rest of the dishes. I also tasted a bit of the milk tea that my family bought, but I didn't really like it as it was too sweet for my liking.

I ordered the Sticky Rice with Mango, and it did not disappoint! The mango was perfectly ripe and sweet, pairing beautifully with the warm, fragrant sticky rice. The mango ice cream was a standout—rich, creamy, and incredibly authentic in flavor. Ordering was a breeze thanks to the seamless technology, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a delicious and hassle-free treat!

If you're missing halal Thai boat noodles, you must come here. The beef is very tender and very close to Thai street food. The fried chicken noodles are also very good. The Thai milk tea with black pearls is quite unique; it pops in your mouth and isn't the chewy type. I liked the mango ice cream they put in one of the Thai milk teas, but when mixed, it didn't taste as nice. You'd better stick to the standard Thai milk tea. For dessert, the mango sticky rice is small but adequate to make you full. The mango sago is also okay if you're craving that salty and sweet combination. Overall, if you are really craving halal Thai noodles, this is the place for you. It's similar to halal street noodles in Thailand.
Disclaimer: I haven't tried their other menu items such as the fried chicken and rice meals; that will be for another review next time we eat at Saap Saap Thai.

Delicious food! The noodle soup is made with beef tallow and the topside beef was tender. The dessert is awesome, although I found it a little too sweet. The chicken rice is yummy too, with that grill taste and refreshing vegetables.
