Ordered the Thai grilled chicken noodles. The noodles were salty and overcooked, though the grilled chicken was very good. Perhaps the noodle texture was affected by being takeaway. Snackbox B was a letdown; the double-fried meatballs, chicken, and fish were too dry. The only consolation was the dessert, the pomelo mango sago, which was very good, tasty, and not too sweet.

Horrible price system and money-hungry service implemented, 0/5. Will not come back again nor recommend anyone to waste their money. After we paid and ordered a mango tango classic, we wanted to change the order to the one with ice cream, which was one dollar more. However, we were told by the counter staff that it would be $1.50 more because it would be considered an add-on. I asked, "Can't change order?" To which the lady replied, "Cannot." And that was just within 30 seconds of making the order, an order which she hadn't even started preparing. She was the only staff there. I asked if the ice-cream version of the mango sticky rice was the same and the difference was just the ice-cream, to which she said yes. We didn't want to argue anymore and so we just said, "Never mind." Next, our order came and it was a super sour mango sticky rice, we rated it 1/5. I accidentally spilled the coconut milk syrup cup, losing 2/3 of the syrup, and we went to the counter to ask if we could have another cup of syrup. It was a sealed cup and it was strangely tightly closed, resulting in an accident. To my surprise, the staff said if it's spilled at the counter it will be free, and we would have to pay $0.80 for another cup of coconut syrup. That's really expensive for just a tiny amount of coconut syrup. We thanked her but told her no. Times are hard, but we really don't need such a horrible pricing system. Not allowing us to change our order was clearly a hard sell to make us pay more. Was served by a lady in black, which according to the receipt should be the manager. Much saddened by this experience.

Tomyam Noodle - 1/5 stars. Spicy, but hardly authentic. A little too sweet and tastes similar to instant noodle flavouring. Beef Salad - 1/5 stars. The taste again is hardly authentic... Lacks the punch and flavour of typical yum woo Sen dishes. Tom Yam Chicken Rice 3/5 stars. Though it's not exactly a traditional Thai dish, I think the chicken was tender but could do better with more Tom Yam taste. Summary - The place is affordable, clean, and the food came quickly. However, it does not taste like true Thai food.

A small Thai spot in Tampines! The food is so-so, and the place is quite small. It's good for a quick bite, but not ideal for larger groups looking to chill and chat. Ordering is done solely through their self-service kiosk at the entrance. Price-wise, I found it quite expensive considering the portion size, especially for their mango sticky rice!

Lup-siap (dirty) Thai should be the name for this eatery. Horrible food and TERRIBLE service. Food: the soup is too salty. The meat is so DRY, noodles clumped together and stinks. Dirty? Utensils are dirty, and the dry chilli flakes are communal and so dirty. Worst of all is their customer service. In particular, this lady in the photo (there were no name tags, so I could only snap a photo), she was impatient waiting for an old lady's questions and simply walked off when the old lady was halfway through ordering. How rude. When it was my turn, she asked me the same question four times despite my answer, "rice or noodle?" I had to say noodles four times. Why ask if you're not going to listen? Then she slammed the countertop when I said, "I said noodles, this is the fourth time I am answering you." Bewildered by the service. CAG, please reconsider this disgusting restaurant in our top-class airport.

An affordable, value-for-money place to enjoy halal Thai food. While there are better-tasting Thai options, this one meets the minimum criteria. Go for their Combo 3, which includes rice/noodles, a drink, and mango sticky rice. It's very worth it.

Good food. Loved the beef boat noodles, basil chicken and beef rice, and mango pomelo sago dessert. Service was prompt. The place was bright, clean, and tastefully decorated. The only downside was the confusing user interface at the ordering station. Will definitely come back again.

Eating at Saap Saap Thai in IMM for the first time. The Tom Yam fried fish noodle is good. I liked my fried chicken noodle too. The taste is original, like in Thailand. Recommended. However, the staff appeared unhappy when asked to assist with using the self-ordering kiosk.

Amazing food! The noodles and rice here were decent, but what truly sealed the deal is definitely their chicken. Regardless of how many times I visit their branches, their chicken cutlet and wings never disappoint!
