Lup-siap (dirty) Thai should be the name for this eatery. Horrible food and TERRIBLE service. Food: the soup is too salty. The meat is so DRY, noodles clumped together and stinks. Dirty? Utensils are dirty, and the dry chilli flakes are communal and so dirty. Worst of all is their customer service. In particular, this lady in the photo (there were no name tags, so I could only snap a photo), she was impatient waiting for an old lady's questions and simply walked off when the old lady was halfway through ordering. How rude. When it was my turn, she asked me the same question four times despite my answer, "rice or noodle?" I had to say noodles four times. Why ask if you're not going to listen? Then she slammed the countertop when I said, "I said noodles, this is the fourth time I am answering you." Bewildered by the service. CAG, please reconsider this disgusting restaurant in our top-class airport.

A fast food concept offering Thai-style boat noodles and Thai food. I get a quick fix for my craving for Thai milk tea, Thai glutinous rice, Thai boat noodles, and Thai green curry. It's not the best, but it has maintained the taste of Thai food. However, why are you hiring all Filipinos who don't act like Thais? There's a lack of Thai presence and the friendly culture here. Overall, the food is still not that bad!

I ordered the beef pepper rice. The food presentation looked yummy. However, every bite of the beef slices was chewy and difficult to swallow fully. This was because every single slice of beef, not just one or two, was like that.

The food service here is unbelievably slow. After waiting 20 minutes, there are still two more orders ahead of us. It's a lousy dining experience, especially considering this is at the airport. Hopefully, no one has to catch a flight, as you might miss it...
