The quality of the food has really dropped throughout the years. It's inconsistent and lousy. Today, I received tom yum soup that is not spicy AT ALL. This isn't even an exaggeration; the soup tastes like milky water. As someone who has always frequented this place, this is a disappointing experience. Please have some standards and do something about it!

The area is rather exposed, and shoppers are in full view of those walking past. Service is a self-service affair, with self-ordering kiosks and self-collection of food when the buzzer sounds. The noodles were decent, but the beef was hard to chew as it had layers of fat. The fat from the meatballs also got stuck between my teeth.

Went late at 8:30 PM. Ordered the grilled chicken boat noodle, fried chicken, and an iced tea. Was served within 5-7 minutes after ordering. The fried chicken was cold but still crispy on the outside. It didn't taste like Thai chicken. The noodles were chewy, but the meatballs tasted horrible; probably not my cup of tea. The soup had a tinge of sourness and was slightly spiced, which was okay. From the speed of serving, it seems quite a number of their food is pre-cooked and not cooked on the spot.

Had crispy chicken with special sauce and Mediterranean seafood rice. The food was decent, but the seasoning was overloaded. For the price, we shouldn't be overly critical.

I had the crispy chicken noodle soup takeaway previously, and the chicken was thrown into the soup, turning out soggy. I had it dine-in this time, and the same thing happened. Shouldn't it be standard protocol for the chicken to be served separately? As the name suggests, it's 'crispy chicken', not soggy chicken. The staff insisted this is their SOP and that if I wanted it on a separate plate, I needed to tell them at the counter. Why isn't this option available at the self-service counter? When I asked for a plate, they gave me one that was wet. In any case, the chicken shouldn't be thrown into the soup; it defeats the purpose of having crispy chicken.

Amazing food! The noodles and rice here were decent, but what truly sealed the deal is definitely their chicken. Regardless of how many times I visit their branches, their chicken cutlet and wings never disappoint!

Delicious Thai food with generous portions, prepared very fast. I didn't get a chance to let them know I wanted my drink in a take-away disposable cup.

I visited the restaurant recently. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The service was excellent and prompt. I ordered the beef brisket combo with rice, which included iced tea and mango ice cream. The beef soup was excellent and tasty, with plenty of pieces of meat and tendons. What really made me happy was the mango ice cream, which had mango slices, cocktail fruits, and pomelo sacs. This was my first time trying the dish, and it was very excellent. Overall, the whole combo was an excellent choice. The fried chicken mix was excellent too

I would recommend this place if you want Thai food. The prices are affordable, and there's no service charge. I tried the Yum Thai Salad Glass Noodles with Crispy Chicken (S$6.50), Mango Tango Classic (S$5.50), and Iced Thai Milk Tea (S$2.50). All were delicious. The fried chicken was crispy, and the glass noodles were a bit spicy, sweet, and sour. Nice! I would order again.
