Terrible!!! There was a sign stating "Will be back at 4:45pm". It's now 5pm and there's still no one at the stall. The queue has built up to six groups, and people have started to leave.

Very bad service! The workers were talking on the phone or were in the toilet for over 20 minutes! When we ordered, the worker seemed very angry. She didn't answer our questions and took a deep breath. I understand why this place has a 3-star rating.

I was going to overlook the fact that this store only accepts cash or QR code payment, not EFTPOS. It is what it is. However, it was only when I got to my gate to eat the doughnuts that I discovered a lash on one of them, which is disgusting. Also, I was surprised by the price of a simple glazed doughnut. SGD2.90 is significantly more than elsewhere. A disappointing product.

Staff take self-declared breaks for hours. As ex-service staff myself, I understand 30 minutes for lunch or a toilet break, but two hours is insane. Picture taken at 2:40 PM. Please check your staffing hours.

It's super clean with disposable glass straws and tissues. There's a good seating area in front, located in the downstairs food court. They have a variety of doughnuts and coffee options, and it's cheaper too. Loved the coffee!

I visited the airport today to drop off my parents at Terminal 3. I forgot to bring a mask as I took a Grab. While going back, I needed a mask to travel using the MRT. I bought Krispy Kreme donuts and politely asked the girl at the counter if she had a spare mask. She immediately gave me a new one from a pack. I really appreciate the customer service; satisfaction was guaranteed. One happy customer walked out even before tasting the donuts. PS: The donut was also good.

I enjoyed eating the donuts there. The donut was very soft and a bit too sweet for me, but I liked it, heheheh. It's better and way better than Krispy Kreme in Jakarta, Indonesia. The price is twice that of Jakarta's, but the taste was very good. (I don't want to eat at Jakarta's counter anymore). I ordered red velvet and biscote; they had a heavenly taste. Nice!! Thank you.
