The staff really can't cut it. During the dinner rush, food is supposed to be already cooked with no prep needed. There were no big orders or anything, yet we waited 30 minutes. The staff moved so slowly, it seemed like they just didn't care. I went once a few weeks back, wrote in, and got a reply saying the staff member was new. A few weeks later, I ordered and waited 45 minutes. Absolutely horrendous service and waiting time for a place that sells food that is literally take and go. Avoid this branch at all costs; I'd rather go upstairs and eat at Lee Wee Brothers than wait 45 minutes here.

First time trying Crave at Pasir Ris Mall. I ordered the Curry Chicken Nasi Lemak, and the chicken seemed to be bought from Foodfair and reheated with a plastic bag. Overall, this is the worst chicken I've had compared to other Crave outlets islandwide. I hope the Pasir Ris outlet manager will do something about it. Food is 1/10.
