We had a very disappointing experience at this place. The service was slow. It was frustrating to spend our time and money without receiving the quality we had hoped for. The chicken we were served was spoiled—it had a bad smell and taste, making it completely inedible and unsafe to eat. Unfortunately, we also didn’t enjoy the tea. The flavor was not as expected and lacked the freshness or aroma I look for in a good cup. On top of that, all the food was served on cheap plastic plates, which is not only unprofessional for a dine-in setting but also raises health concerns.

Ridiculously slow. Waited 11 minutes for a dish that probably needs only 30 seconds to assemble with ready ingredients. Priority is given to food delivery pick-ups and takeaways only; the rest of us 5 physical customers have to wait very long. The taste is average, with no hint of coconut in the nasi lemak. The food received was not even warm, as it was neglected on the counter for some time while they assembled online and takeaway orders. I didn't know they would put so much sauce that it taints the other food. Only plastic cutlery was available, which made it difficult to eat the wings with. I will not revisit as it is slower than other shops that have more physical customers.

Ordered takeaway and it took more than 30 minutes. They seemed too greedy and took on too many orders for Grab and Deliveroo with only 3 staff, and I was cursed by them. By the way, the main point is - a missing item, the chicken wing, in the food.
