Had to wait 30 minutes for a packet of curry nasi lemak. It was a one-man show handling Grab orders, and walk-ins were totally neglected. Will not patronise again for sure. Lousy management.

Bruh, I just got nasi lemak with some mould-looking egg (black spots on top). That one, I can throw aside because I'm desperate. Then, when I tried the nasi lemak, it was all chunky and not warm, like it was just reheated anyhow. I'm scared of getting food poisoning because of the santan. The chicken is still okay, but please improve :(

I ordered my meal at 5:12 PM and only managed to collect it at 6:10 PM, which is an hour later. I don't blame the elderly gentleman managing the stall, as he was seen trying his best to prepare all the orders himself. Shouldn't the management employ additional staff at the outlet? Really disappointed with the waiting time.

The food was terrible. The chicken was so hard that I almost couldn’t bite through it. On top of that, I found hair in my food (the hair was not mine; it was curly and I have straight hair). Absolutely appalling.

Rated low on service not because the staff is bad, but food options don't seem to be well-stocked at this outlet. From the many times I've ordered here during lunch (12nn-1:30pm) and dinner (7-8pm), quite often my cravings aren't met. Either the otah is out or drinks are out. Otherwise, the staff and food are great. Another feedback: when otah is available, it does often get undercooked. This happens at many outlets; it's a nation-wide issue

I would like to commend staff Mariam at the Crave outlet in E!Hub for her excellent service. She was warm, polite, and very attentive throughout my visit. Even during peak hours, she remained calm and served each customer with a smile. Her positive attitude and efficiency truly made my experience a pleasant one. It’s rare to come across staff who genuinely care about customer service, and Mariam is definitely one of them. Keep up the great work!

Bought the Fish Fillet Nasi Lemak set at $5 last week. It comes with a drink: Bandung, and is great value for money. The rice was fragrant and soft, the sunny-side-up egg was a perfect match with the chili, just the right amount of yummy. The ikan bilis and peanuts added the right amount of crunch. Loved it!
