Yesterday morning, I told the staff I wanted to order bee hoon and asked if there was fish fillet. He didn't seem to understand and didn't confirm again. Despite being unsure, he still gave me rice, which made me feel full the whole day. There were no customers early in the morning, yet such a mistake is not appropriate due to a lack of alertness. He still provided a fork, which suggests he knew what I wanted but forgot and didn't bother to ask. I mean, who wants to pay for something they didn't order and expect us to keep making exceptions to forgive such careless mistakes? The service was poor; they also didn't have coins for change, even in the morning. I had to dig out my own two coins, which was disappointing. The food was also not very fresh, and the price wasn't cheap either.

I don't even know if they are open for business. I went during their opening hours at 6:15 PM, but they didn't even have rice, which is the most basic thing for nasi lemak. How can you run out of rice if you're selling nasi lemak? Imagine going to the swimming pool and the operator says, "Sorry, no water, can't swim."
Okay, fine. Then I was told to come back at 6:45 PM. I came back, and there still wasn't any rice, even though the server was packing deliveries. I asked how much longer until there's rice, and he said, "I'm not sure." Why are you not sure? Does the rice cooker not have a timer? Or are the people in the back harvesting the rice from some field in Tengah?
This is absolutely ridiculous. I don't mind the wait, but I do mind the horrendous lack of accountability. If you can't serve your customers, then put up a "Be Right Back" sign so we don't waste our time. If you DON'T KNOW when your RICE will be ready, don't tell people to come back in 30 minutes. Just say there are no more ingredients and to come back another day.
I can't believe I wasted my evening waiting for RICE. In that 30 minutes, I could have eaten 10 other things in Northpoint and gotten home. Honestly, I should have done that.

This is very bad service, especially as they were doing nothing before that. The Grab driver sounded unhappy because his order wasn't ready, yet they served him first. I had to wait for mine.
