No aircon! They provide a stand fan, but it's not sufficient in our climate. The rubbish bins were full and staff weren't clearing them, even though there weren't many customers after peak hours. The Nasi Lemak's rice was nice, and I liked the sambal too.

Overall, the food was decent and tasted as expected. However, the cleanliness and service were very poor. The tables were not clean, the floor had food all over the place, and the dustbin was not emptied. Finished food and trays were left lying around the tables and dustbin area. There were even cockroaches in the dining area. The atmosphere was also very warm and stuffy. I would recommend packing your food to eat elsewhere rather than dining in.

The surroundings are very hot!!!!!!!! Please take action. I asked your staff to open the air conditioning, but they said it never functioned before. What do they think? Leaving customers with this hot feeling? There's no air conditioning functioning here where you eat. Better not to go anymore. I sweated a lot, like doing a sauna here. Such terrible surroundings with a bad environment.

Ordered from Grab and the chicken wing was missing. Extra sambal was provided, but none was added to the Nasi lemak itself. The Bandung drink was only filled to 70%. I also received long beans instead of what I ordered (Saturday Lodeh). How can a single order go so wrong? If you're not happy, don't work. Don't give people their orders incorrectly and mess things up. If you don't want to work, then go home.

I used Grab to order, and waited 30 minutes for just one pack of fish fillet nasi lemak. They kept prioritizing walk-in orders and preparing for walk-in customers instead of my Grab order. When I asked the staff why it was taking so long, they still gave me a black face. So disappointed, I will not order from this outlet again.

Halal certified! Delicious Nasi Lemak with different variations and sets to choose from. If you are a fan of Nasi Lemak, it's worth trying from this outlet. The chicken is crispy and the ingredients are fresh too. They have a small but cozy dining area in Sun Plaza Level 1 (just behind Dunkin' Donuts) if you wish to dine in. The packaging for their take-away food is pretty and very presentable, especially if you're purchasing it as a treat or for friends.

The outlet at Sun Plaza is very hot. Even standing outside the counter to order, you can feel the intense heat. It's a pity for the staff working inside as the heat is terrible. Nonetheless, their service from Syah & Hairul is still good, and the food is good too.
