My chicken daily bowl was missing chicken. When I picked up my bowl, the staff member marked off that all ingredients were included and even weighed it – what a joke. If you order from this place, I'd recommend checking it three times; they can't be trusted.

I bought my usual chicken kebab on 12.2, at 20:49 hrs, but was met with disappointment when I unwrapped my meal. As seen in the photos, my kebab was simply burnt. It's no surprise, since when I was ordering, only one staff member seemed to be doing all the work. After my payment at the self-checkout, I waited by the pickup area as usual. I noticed the female staff preparing orders for others while the other two staff members were busy chatting with an Indian Hugabo staff who was going over the barrier and shaking hands with a staff member. My concern is that I did not notice him washing his hands afterwards. Once a part of my kebab was ready, it was left in the open for a good 2 minutes before the chatting staff attended to my meal. Everything was smooth until he left the kebab in the oven. From my past experiences, they usually leave it in there for at most 1 minute. However, it seemed to have been ignored while he went to prepare orders for other customers, which took at least 3 minutes. There was a distinct smell of burnt kebab, but it seemed to be ignored. All else is seen in the photos provided. I'm really disappointed, as this Stuffd outlet is very convenient for most people who live in Sembawang. I do hope that actions will be taken as necessary regarding these staff members (hopefully the timeframe given can be used as evidence). Compared to others, this has been a quick takeout for many.

Food packaging is mostly great, but portion sizes differ. I've received half-filled containers of buttered corn, broccoli, etc., on a few occasions. They should improve the quality of the food. I have received food in unsatisfactory conditions on several occasions (examples: broccoli with a sourish smell or blackened portions, edamame that has yellowed, and most recently, rotten cucumber slices!). Hopefully, I'll see improvement in my next order.

Bad experience: I ordered the daily bowl and specifically requested cucumber as the base, ordering the maximum portion. However, the staff only gave a few slices. When I requested more, the staff was reluctant to provide it. I went back another day to give it another try. The outlet was supposed to open at 10:30 am, but at 10:36 am, it was still not open and not ready.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at Stuff'd! The food was fresh, tasty, and filling. I really enjoyed the kebabs and daily bowls — full of flavor and healthy options. The staff were friendly, quick, and helpful with my order. Ms. Liya at the Sembawang Sun Plaza branch was particularly great. Definitely a great spot for a quick, satisfying meal. Highly recommend!

I added a remark in the Grab app requesting salsa tomatoes, but when I went to collect my order, Kak Liyana said it wasn’t written. I showed her my order, and she kindly gave me the tomato salsa, along with a complimentary mashed potato. She also greeted me with a warm smile. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I truly appreciated her great service.
