I've been a customer for a long time, but somehow my orders haven't been right recently. I'm not sure if it's due to new staff or something else. Today, they forgot the sauces in both my orders, so I had to eat them dry. Yesterday, they added onions, which I didn't select as I don't like them. Lastly, the portion sizes are inconsistent. This time, the chicken and potato salad were so little, almost non-existent, with too much vegetable. I don't feel like I'm getting my money's worth recently. I'm not sure if it's due to cost savings or what.

Ordered from Grab, and it took 2 hours and 30 minutes to arrive. If they couldn't make the delivery, they could have just refunded instead of making me wait this long.

I kept seeing a long queue for this, so it made me curious to try. The outcome was that I love it! The food items were great and the portion was quite a lot, actually. The staff were very fast too in getting the orders ready. Kudos!

Their secrets are the sauces and fresh ingredients. I love the salmon bowl, but for the beef bowl, I was surprised it used corned beef instead of fresh beef. The portion size is quite generous for a 100kg man like me.
