I recently had a very bad experience with the food quality at Stuffd. The chicken was wet and boiled, the beans are too thick these days, and the mashed potato also doesn't feel fresh. I used to eat here every day at one point, but recently the quality and freshness of the food feel very different.

Only takeaway is available for this place, which offers healthy bowl options. I personally enjoy their eggplant and lemak quinoa a lot, along with their grilled chicken kebab meat. I also enjoy the cucumber mayo sauce! The portion given is just right, not overflowing like some chains. This is alright, but if you're a big eater, you might want to consider another branch known for larger portions, though it's still a substantial amount. Lunch and dinner rushes tend to be quite crowded, and you order from a screen. So, be prepared to wait around ten minutes for your food during peak hours.

The quality and quantity are not good at this place. I've been a few times, but it's always disappointing here, and they haven't improved. In contrast, other places like Stuff'd offer better quality. Regarding quantity, I feel other places are better than this City Square outlet too.

I'm not sure what's happening with Stuff'd everywhere, mainly the shops along the purple line. Your portions are getting ridiculously small. It doesn't even fill the bowl like it used to. Having seasonal items is great, but not when they're finished in a bite and asking for a little more (not an additional portion) constitutes a charge. The line was long and your staff looked very occupied, so I didn't bother to bring it up. Anyway, they are probably only doing what they're told by management. It seems the days are gone when Stuff'd was proud of how much their food portions would weigh as a differentiation point from other establishments out there for a quick fix meal. How much did this bowl weigh? I don't know. It wasn't shown.

Update: 3 months since I last bought from this outlet. Thought things would have changed for the better, but it was for the worse. It was a Friday afternoon, around 5pm, before the dinner crowd arrived. My kebab order today was lighter (276g!!) than my previous purchase here. Definitely much lighter than the same order from other Stuff'd outlets. The item was also sloppily prepared: the sticker seal was carelessly pasted. I'm truly going to stop patronizing this outlet. It used to be consistently good before the renovation, with the old batch of staff. -------- First purchase after their terribly long renovation. Visited on a weekday morning. Staff was friendly. Ordered my usual kebab, which came out to be only 317g! It used to be bigger and heavier. The chicken was dry, and to make things worse, they forgot my 2 sauces.

Joe really changed the food game with the new computers in place to automate our orders; it's so quick and easy now. Their team is generous with food it's my favourite outlet now.

Ordered the daily bowl here during lunchtime. I was nervous about the waiting time as there were 10 orders before me, and only one person preparing and one person serving. I didn't catch their names, but both were so efficient in clearing the orders that I received mine within just 10-15 minutes! The order was correct, nicely packed, and delicious. Thank you for your wonderful service. Grateful for both the food and you!
