I've been to quite a few Stuffed outlets, and I've never seen such a small portion of salad for $8. It wasn't even half-filled! I also asked for two portions of seaweed, and the amount given was less than what I'd received as a single portion at other outlets. The tubs for seaweed and macaroni were almost empty and hadn't been refilled, so they just gave me the little bit that was left.

There were 5 staff, but everyone had to wait for a very long time as they kept talking to each other and didn't focus on the task at hand. The quantity of food was also less than normal. I'm not sure why they had to weigh the daily bowl when there were different components we could pick from?

I even stirred the daily bowl, thinking the chicken might be at the bottom, but there was none at all. What was your staff tending the chicken/sauce station doing?

Grace is a polite and kind staff member, but the rest of the team doesn’t seem very friendly. I’m not sure why. The portion of vegetables given is always very small. Vegetables aren’t that costly. This is one of the reasons I don’t patronise this outlet and prefer to go to the Sun Plaza Stuff’d instead, where all the staff are friendlier and the vegetable portions are reasonable.
Additionally, the chicken is often out of stock on weekdays between 8:50 p.m. and 9:15 p.m., even when there is still a long queue. Many vegetables are also unavailable during this time. I hope the management can look into this and ensure enough food is restocked to serve the crowd during that period.
