Other reviews here are true. Both soups I ordered were missing several ingredients. They might as well have just given me saltwater for the seafood paofan and fish soup. The fish soup is overly salty and also missing ingredients. If you are starving and have nothing else to eat, get bread instead of trying here. This was my first try and I'm sorely disappointed. It seems like shortchanging customers is a tactic they use here. I regret wasting my dinner and calories with this store.

The tomato soup was watery and contained cabbage, enoki mushrooms, one baby tomato sliced into two, and chicken slices. There was a large amount of cabbage, mostly consisting of tough and hard stems. The enoki mushrooms and chicken were in small quantities.

Today I ordered the satay chicken daily bowl, and the tomatoes they gave me were the top, sliced, inedible part. All the times I've tried to order salmon, it's been out of stock. I've gone 6 times in the past week and only managed to get it once when it was available.

I've been eating here or getting takeout every day for almost 2-3 weeks. Every time, they don't have the salmon daily bowl, cilantro rice, butter corn, soba, or truffle egg mayo. For the daily bowl's base, there's only onion every time! It's acceptable in the morning if you don't have all these ingredients. I thought they would be available during lunchtime, but they weren't! So I have to go elsewhere for takeout every time. Another thing is they open at 10:30 am, but today when I arrived at 10:45 am, they still weren't open and said they needed more time. How can I wait if I have an appointment later? Please improve the problem of always lacking ingredients and limited options.

Worst Stuffd outlet. I have been a patron of Stuffd since my student days, but this is the WORST outlet I've been to. Usually a fan, but this outlet always gets orders wrong. Constantly missing items, sauces, and ingredients, even if I pay for double portions.
Pics for reference: I paid for a double portion of chicken and added two sauces. However, my kebab has so little chicken it looks like a single serving, and there is NO sauce. It's possible the order sheet didn't record the double portion, but I paid for the extra portion according to my credit card bill.
Stay away. Stuff'd really needs to do some QC on this outlet. Horrible experience.

My favorite Stuff'd location. They give fair portions and have nice staff! It works well with the machines, unlike some locations where you have to state your order. Waiting lines during weekday lunches can take some time as many people enjoy this healthy meal for lunch.

I've bought from here more than a couple of times (though I've only photographed two occasions). It's a different concept as you order through the system/online, and the staff prepares it. I wouldn't be surprised if there were wrong or missing items, as some other reviewers have mentioned, but my experience so far has been good.
It does take a long while during peak lunch periods, but I don't think their process can be improved much unless they hire more manpower. However, I still consider the waiting time reasonable. I just wish they could implement online ordering on their website so we could also arrange specific pick-up times!
Ps: I really enjoyed the seaweed topping! It's genuinely fresh and palatable!

Nov 2024: My first time trying Hugabo! They have a variety of soup types, and you can customize the ingredients from the kiosk ordering. I got the mala soup with beef and beef balls, which was a recommended item. Everything is cooked upon order, so it's hot, plus they pack the soup and noodles separately! It was not bad, but a bit too spicy as you can't customize the spice level. Had a slightly difficult time. Next time I'll try Tom Yum instead! My colleague had the fish soup, but it was too fishy. It could use some ginger to remove the smell. And it would be good to have some soy sauce & sliced chili on the side for the plain soup dish.
