The rendang beef and sayur lodeh were ice cold. Only after I gave feedback to the staff did she turn the warmer on. She offered me a replacement fish fillet, which was good, but I had to throw away my rendang beef and vegetables.

The chili sambal was decent. Unfortunately, the coconut rice was sadly lacking, being extremely clumpy and soggy. It was as if I was eating a ketupat or glutinous rice dumpling. Please see the pictures to see all the clumps of soggy rice. Hard pass for next time.

Wanted to have a quick dinner at 6:10 PM, but the shop had run out of normal fried chicken and satay, despite their new menu! Ended up waiting for 30 minutes. I was annoyed because I was rushing for time. This is the worst Crave experience I've ever had; usually, they are quick! A moment later, workers seemed to be having some arguments with management (I think). They were talking about running out of everything and customers coming in with nothing for them. Not sure what was happening... Then the shop was left unguarded, and all employees went elsewhere, LOL. I was like, what just happened? Someone's TGIF definitely got ruined...

I had breakfast with some friends here. It was quite difficult finding any positives about the meal. The coconut rice didn't taste of any coconut, and the fried chicken didn't taste like it had been marinated; it was really dry. Honestly, the worst nasi lemak I've had in some time.

Fluffy and tasty rice, piping hot crispy chicken wing, with no extra charge for takeaway. The place is clean and air-conditioned. There was no crowd on Tuesday evening. A super awesome plate of nasi lemak at SGD 6.9 in the CBD, right at the MRT. Can't think of better value nasi lemak.

Quality and portion-wise, this outlet appears well-maintained, which is good. They also have affordable drink options. Please remember to wipe the tables every once in a while though! I dined in during a not-so-busy hour (5pm) and a lot of the tables were still dirty or had stains on them. Service was nothing notable; in the end, my overall experience was alright.

A kind gesture from Crave Guoco Tower, they gave me a free satay nasi lemak as a gift for my birthday. Really appreciate it, and the food is delicious! 10/10!

Good portion and price for the CBD area. The ingredients are fresh, and I love the otah & bergedil! Will definitely takeaway from CRAVE again :)
