I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent visits. On two occasions, I was made to wait unnecessarily by the same staff member. The food I ordered was already ready, but instead of serving me, it was given to customers who were behind me in line. I genuinely didn't know what I was waiting for! So I decided to visit the store a second time, and the same thing happened again. I confronted the staff, and then they decided to pack my food first. What is this behaviour?
This repeated incident left me disappointed as I felt my time and order were not respected. I hope you can look into this matter and remind the staff to be more attentive and fair when serving customers.

The current batch of attendants are very slow (now we have to wait for more than 30 minutes, which is unacceptable) and one of the attendants always looks confused. If management is seeing this, please look into this before your employees cause you to lose your business.

I ordered 6 packets of sayur lodeh for $9 but only received 2 packets, which does not reflect the actual value paid. The staff was rude and claimed each packet contained 3 servings, but it looked like less than what she presented. The portion felt like a scam for the amount paid. Two packets of sayur lodeh without gravy seem to be worth less than $5 for 3 servings, not the 6 servings I ordered at $9. After waiting for almost an hour, they even cancelled my other order without any reason or explanation.

The staff prepare food very slowly, taking their own sweet time. Sometimes, when customers order nasi lemak, the rice isn't even cooked yet. As a Grab rider, I always have orders from this stall and need to wait more than 10 minutes. Please improve your service. By the way, this is the Causeway Point outlet.

Ordered takeaway. I was asked if I wanted to add fish otah, so I said yes. Came home ready to eat, but NO FISH OTAH WAS ADDED!!! Where is the fish otah? Is the manager or person in charge sleeping???
