Even though it wasn't the peak lunch period yet, there weren't many dine-in customers or a queue. There was one person in line, and one of the two staff members was serving the only customer before me. The other staff member was preparing croissants for online delivery and didn't take my order. I waited a bit longer for my turn. If you're in a hurry, this place isn't recommended. The staff offered to heat up my vegetable pizza baguette for takeaway, which I appreciated.

The service was also subpar. The staff member, Maha, seemed unwilling to serve. Her hygiene practices were concerning – she wore her surgical mask incorrectly, leaving her nose and mouth exposed. Moreover, she coughed openly into the sandwich preparation area, which is unacceptable.
If staff members are unwell, they shouldn't be handling food. This behavior is unprofessional and raises health concerns.
The management should take these issues seriously and improve their inventory management and staff training.

The staff at your CWP branch have a couldn't-be-bothered attitude, especially the male in charge. I ordered a latte, but it looked like a flat white. You should consider changing some of the staff there, not all, but perhaps one or two. The customer service here is nothing compared to Northpoint's Tip Top, where you feel welcome.

I was the first customer, so there was no queue. The staff member who took my order gave off unfriendly vibes, with no smile or warm greeting. I ordered the breakfast platter, English breakfast tea, and a blue pea cold drink. The place was not clean; the seats had crumbs and the floor was dirty. The food and drink were good, though, but the surrounding environment put me off. It could have been an awesome 9 am breakfast atmosphere, but it could do better with cleaning the area and items.

She didn't even give me the buzzer for my drinks and soup. And the soup was only half filled. I had to walk back several times to check.
And there were no other customers at that time; it wasn't even busy!
Look at the rating of this outlet and train your staff carefully, please.
