What sort of stingy business is this?! Just because I bought a takeaway, is this how minimal the contents of your sandwiches are? Was this half a scoop? And the length of the baguette, what the hell?! This is absolutely outrageous. This was purchased on 12/1/2025 at 11:30 am.

I repeatedly told the cashier that I was ordering a kids' pasta without chilli (I requested a tomato base) for takeaway. I also mentioned it was for children. I didn't mind the 20-minute waiting time, but after waiting so long, they still got my order wrong. I only discovered this when I reached home. Food is good! 5/5. We ordered the chicken sandwich; the veggies and bread were super fresh. The pizza was delicious. The coffee was basic, like machine coffee tastes. Service was okay, though they forgot our order. We waited 25 minutes for our food to arrive, and everyone after us got their orders before us. There is ample seating, and it wasn't very crowded. Would definitely try again . They also have kid-friendly food options, and the pastries were very fresh.

Walked around Changi City Point and only this place had seats available, but there were leftover food and drinks on a few tables. The outlet was obviously understaffed as we only saw two employees busy serving all the walk-in customers on a public holiday! Food and drinks were quite standard. The management should look into the manpower issue and perhaps invest in a self-service machine to improve customer service standards.

Kudos to staff Ms. Emelie for being friendly and nice while we dined in at the CCP branch. She is approachable and easy to talk to regarding our order. Delifrance Cafe is one of my favorite cafes while staying in Singapore.

Patient and friendly service. She even guided me on where to add sugar to a freshly made ice lemon tea, though I actually prefer it sugar-free. Had the lunch pasta promo. Thank you! A great place to dine at, especially with all the crowd at Changi Expo for the event.

23/03/2024, 7pm: I had my dinner here. The little restaurant is located on level 1, a good location. The seats and tables were great and clean. I ordered a soup set at $16.50, which included a sandwich, soup, and hot tea. The service staff were great! I requested the tea to be served later. I enjoyed my meal very much. What a wonderful evening!

The pastries and tarts are still as amazing as I remember from my childhood (I've been eating Delifrance pastries since I was a small kid). The pasta options are delicious, and the soup of the day with the soup set (pumpkin soup) truly wowed me. The staff at this outlet are also really warm and friendly, patiently accommodating our requests with a smile. I love the modern European ambiance of the place as well. Overall, a great dining experience.
