I wish they could review the prices because it's rather expensive for what it is. My croissant and black coffee cost $11.90, and that was a promo price. It's good as a light snack, but not very filling. I felt like it should have been $8.90 or $9.90.
Although I used to love Delifrance, I would come here more often if the prices made sense. You get better value for money at Subway or Paris Baguette.

The service and atmosphere were good, but the food was horrible. The egg had no taste, and the croissant was cold and never reheated. I wouldn't pay even if it were on discount. The mushroom tasted weird.

I used to patronise Delifrance quite regularly at other outlets and never experienced this kind of rude service staff, who seemed unhappy working. They were not clear in explaining their menu and would brush off customers, which made me very upset and lose my appetite. Please look into this. Just because I am a senior and can't hear properly, it doesn't mean you can't explain slowly. Furthermore, I look different...

Delifrance was my long-time favourite because of the pastries. Their pastries are still to my liking, but the service is very disappointing. I went there twice this week. On the first day, while buying pastries for takeaway, I was queuing behind a customer who was choosing his pastries. After he paid, the lady went into the kitchen without looking or asking me at all. When she returned, another customer had just come in, and she served them directly, skipping me! I came again today (thinking the pastries are still nice and wanting to ignore/forgive the bad service from the day before). I was served by the same lady, but was very disappointed with the cappuccino and the room temperature croissant. The cappuccino was tasteless, and she should have warmed up the pastry upon serving.

Very warm and too packed after renovation (not elder-friendly due to cramped walkways). The aglio olio was olio e olio (oh no!)... I felt nauseous after the meal and didn't even finish the pasta.
Pastries were "warmed up" but still cold despite asking for extra toasting time; this has consistently been an issue over the years and has not improved despite feedback to management (we don't want to be given free things for bad experiences, we want to help you improve an old brand from childhood...).
Better alternatives are available downstairs.
