Within about 10 minutes, my sons and I were being questioned by two different staff members about whether we were ordering or not, while my wife was still in a ridiculously long and slow queue! Do you realize you are potentially chasing away customers with these actions? This is my first time here, but definitely my last, even if I like your food. You have to do better than this.
Regarding the reply from Delifrance asking to contact them, I don't think it's necessary. I'm not interested in wasting my time with Delifrance as I'm not looking for any compensation. One bad experience is enough.
