Very unhappy with the staff at the KKH outlet; their behavior is very irresponsible. I have been going to the stall every morning at 8 am for the past few days, but the staff always says it's not ready and to come back in another 15-20 minutes. However, your opening time is written on the board as 8 am to 8 pm. If this happens one day, it might be acceptable, but not every time. At least change your opening time to 8:30 am then, so people won't be affected. I hope something can be done.

I have visited the shop several times around 8:30 am, and the shop assistants have told me the coffee wasn't ready, the waffle batter wasn't ready, and the puffs weren't hot enough. I am very disappointed with the service. Other stalls in KKH are ready with their service by 8:30 am.

The worst customer service. I was already queuing, and when my turn came, the staff ignored me and didn’t even bother to take my order. She was very rude, busy using her phone instead of welcoming me as a customer. When I asked her, she finally replied rudely, saying 'wait ah wait ah'. What kind of lousy service is this? In the end, I walked out of the shop and will never buy from this store again.

The sales person, I'm not sure if she's Malaysian or Chinese, was so rude. She'd rather use her mobile phone than entertain customers. She keyed in the wrong order and then accused me of talking softly, without even an apology. She entered wrong orders and was still using her mobile. Not happy about having to work on a Sunday. Better to go home.

Two staff members are running the store and are quite efficient despite the constant flow of customers. Hot pastries are popular, and there are also cakes in the chiller, both big and small. Drinks and bento boxes are also available. The price range is slightly higher than average.

31 Jul 25: Very friendly staff! I ordered the chicken curry puff ($2.50) and was pleasantly surprised to learn that Polar Puffs' version is baked, not deep-fried — a healthier take on the usual karipap. I loved the flaky puff pastry too. A must-try if you’re looking for a lighter, tasty snack!
