My goodness, the person preparing the food has poor hygiene. The bread for the soup was taken out of the oven with bare hands and thrown onto the table top. The bread was overturned due to his roughness; it was like he was throwing rubbish. Later, he used his bare hands again to pick up the bread and place it on top of the soup. I saw it with my own eyes and felt grossed out before even eating. I bought this on Monday around 11:30 am. He was only making my order, so there was no rush.

Very expensive for the quantity, and not even hygienic. The same person was billing and preparing the food with no hygiene. In a hospital setting, you would at least expect food to be of good quality and affordable. Lacking!

I admit I am predisposed to Soup Spoon as their soups give me nostalgia. They have seen me through busy rush hours, rainy days at work, and lonely nights at home. My favourites started with their Tokyo Chicken Stew and quickly expanded to include their Meatless Minestrone and Boston Clam Chowder. All are my absolute go-tos. Their Chicken and Mushroom Ragout is pretty good too. I love that their soups come loaded with ingredients in every spoonful and are flavorful and tasty. They do have cream soups too, where I have tried their Roasted Pumpkin and Mushroom Stroganoff. The first is smooth and delicious, while the second comes peppered with tiny pieces of mushroom. Wonderful.

Great experience dining in at your KKH outlet! I had lunch alone earlier at around 11:20 am after my blood tests, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I appreciate it very much! Thank you! First time trying the pumpkin soup, and I would say it is not for me, hehe. I guess I shall just stick to your clam chowder and mushroom soup. The smoked salmon sandwich is the bomb, though! Came home and I still crave ittt. Oh no, I guess I shall need to head over to your nearest outlet again for it. I will be back next month for my next appointment and I'm sure I will dine in there again after. Thank you, staff!
