I was disappointed with my recent purchase as the vegetables were shredded thick instead of thin, which wasn’t what I expected. It was hard to see the original appearance of the dish before purchasing, and the texture didn’t meet my preference. Better transparency about the preparation style would have been appreciated.

Terrible service (to be fair, they seemed severely understaffed). They took an extremely long time to serve our food and even mixed up the orders of the table beside us. The cashier was juggling between dealing with online orders and taking orders from us, and as a result was really curt. I don’t really blame them, seeing as they are understaffed, but I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially since there are so many F&B outlets in Waterway Point.

I don’t usually write Google reviews, but I had to make an exception for The Soup Spoon because they truly deserve it. The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming; they’re quick and attentive. The food is always fantastic – flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. If you’re looking to eat clean, it’s hands down the best place to get a salad at Ang Mo Kio Hub. A huge thank you to the staff for their amazing service. I hope they continue to keep up the amazing service; I’ll definitely visit often :) Highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

Although I'd have liked my soups a little warmer, it was passable upon reaching my place from where they were delivering from. With the daily discount from Deliveroo, there's nothing much I can do beyond introducing people to their service.

Highly recommend this restaurant. The mains were superb with lots of flavors. We had lunch at the cozy restaurant and the soup was yummy and filling. A bowl of soup came with a piece of bread. Felt healthy with less carbs. We liked the mushroom soup and beef goulash soup. The soups were great, very tasty, and great value. The chicken and beef dishes were amazing.
