Had the SOUPERCHEF Specials - Healthy vegan green curry with quinoa. The soup wasn’t warm enough and my lime wedge was missing. (It might taste so much better if it’s warm).
I still prefer my all-time favourite - Velvety Mushroom Stroganoff, a soup that warms my soul.
Do avoid peak hours as there are limited seats. Use the self-help machines available or order via the Soup Spoon app, Souperholic. Enjoy.

Your staff was very rude when we went to the toilet. She claimed that we went out without ordering. What kind of attitude is this? You spend money on marketing, but you will spend more when you don't retain your customers.

I went to Jem and ordered my salad, the Freedom Bowl. I requested kale in my salad for takeaway, but there was no kale in my bowl today. I am very disappointed with my Freedom Bowl. Additionally, my order was for a large size, but I received a small one. However, I couldn't do anything about it as I was already home. I paid $18.10 and am very disappointed with this restaurant.

Bought from The Salad Fork via Soup Spoon a few days ago. Sadly, for $17, the portion for two out of four sides was quite small, with just two small broccoli florets and a small amount of cherry tomatoes. The beef brisket was a bit tough – not sure if this was expected. Overall, the value for money isn't there, in my opinion, but it was quite tasty!

Redeemed a Shopee voucher and the lady at the counter patiently guided me at the kiosks. Grateful for her patience, especially as it was nearing lunchtime. I could see the two ladies working with passion. The food tasted good and was healthy too. The price is slightly on the higher side (due to high rents and other consumables). I will be a return customer even without the Shopee voucher.

The Soup Spoon offers a wide variety of healthy choices, and I really love the food here — especially the burrito. I always enjoy my meals at the Jurong Jem outlet because of its great atmosphere.

Takeaway post. I’m so happy that my favourite Lo Hei Yu Sheng is back!!! @thesoupspoonsg is probably one of the few restaurants in Singapore who actually does Lo Hei for one, and I appreciate it so much because I can eat it anytime I want when it’s available for sale during this festive period! The combination of generous slices of salmon, almond slices, sunflower seeds, and grains with arugula leaves and juicy skinless and seedless orange slices on top of a bed of healthy vermicelli, tossed with their unique, bright, part citrusy, part savoury ume wafu vinaigrette dressing, makes the whole combination work exceptionally well! It’s like a healthy salad but with a festive vibe! And it’s nicely and thoughtfully packed in their cooler bag!
I definitely want another serving of it before it’s gone!

Soup Spoon has undergone many changes with its sandwiches and flatbread offerings. However, the hidden gem is the Boston Clam Chowder. While $8.90 seemed pricey, I can assure you it's worth every cent. Ever since I tried the Clam Chowder at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. in San Francisco, I've visited many outlets in Singapore searching for this 'New England' chowder recipe! So, it was a pleasant surprise to see 'Boston' on the menu. Believe me, it's the famous Bubba Gump Shrimp recipe (from the Forrest Gump movie), except it's not served in a bread bowl.
The staff pays attention to handicapped patrons, women with children, and senior citizens.
(I would visit again; Boston Clam Chowder remains my favourite soup.)

This is the place for soup lovers. Every set meal comes with a big bowl of soup, with a variety of choices. I ordered the soup in a big bun, where the soup was poured inside a well-dug bun. Also, note that this is a self-service restaurant, from ordering at the kiosk to collecting your food when it's ready. By the way, get a table before you order.
