Got off the ferry with my family and found this Soup Spoon cafe that had newly opened a few months ago. Business must be good, as they ran short of bowls for the soup with the pastries. The mushroom soup was thick, and the chicken broth had lots of ingredients. Salads were fresh, and the pastries were done right – crispy on the top and soft on the inside. The staff were friendly, which helps with a new establishment.

The food here is good but overpriced for quite a small portion. I ordered a beef goulash soup that came with one bun. The ordering machine was very convenient and easy to use, making transactions very smooth. However, upon receiving my order, the bowl was so small from what I would have expected, especially for a $9+ soup. It tasted averagely good but nothing too special. I would recommend eating elsewhere if you want a more filling meal.

Haven't ordered in a while and decided to add on for dinner. I ordered clam chowder for takeaway on 30 Oct. Gosh, my favourite clam chowder tasted so peppery. The staff also added some reddish condiment which I left untouched. This was my first time getting from this outlet.
