Saw the chili crab meal and, as I love chili crab's chili, decided to give it a try. Total disappointment. The drink that came with the set was so diluted, it was like drinking water. We received the order and took a sip immediately, not even waiting for the ice to melt.

Ordered the 'Samyang Buldak Loaded Fries'. It doesn't look anything like the photo and it's definitely not loaded. Had checked with staff if there was a mistake, but no, it is what it is. Small portion, in a different box, and it's a whopping $5.50. Never again. Thanks, KFC.

The staff at the counter named Tulsi was unwilling to serve me over the counter just because I wanted to use the Trust card to get the $2 discount. She insisted on me paying at the kiosk machine. After telling her I wanted the discount, she then asked me to wait for a good 5 minutes until she was willing to serve me to take my order. She spoke to me with a face as if I owed her a million dollars. Her attitude is so bad, and her service, what's better? Please improve your customer service. Additionally, I bought cheese fries. Look at the amount of fries and sauce I got. It's worse than other places I've visited. I hope you will not be stingy with the portion, especially with the price I paid. This is what you get, it's ridiculous.

A well-maintained outlet offering a clean and pleasant dining environment. What sets this location apart is the lovely view outside—whether seated by the windows or simply taking in the surroundings, the scenery adds a relaxing touch to the overall experience. The service here is reasonably fast and efficient, making it a convenient stop whether heading to Sentosa, shopping at HarbourFront Centre, or just passing through. The food lives up to KFC’s usual standards—crispy fried chicken, tasty sides, and refreshing drinks served hot and fresh. The seating area is fairly spacious and usually not too crowded during non-peak hours, offering a comfortable spot to unwind. Overall, it’s a good choice for a casual meal with the added bonus of a scenic view.

Celebrating International Fried Chicken Day! KFC Unlimited Chicken Feast! A well-organized party with a complete variety of fried chicken, many tasty sauces, fries, my favorite coleslaw & mash potatoes, free-flow drinks, and 1-time servings of 2 small cakes & an egg tart. The staff constantly checked if we needed more chicken. I managed 2 chicken wings (my preferred chicken part) & 1 big piece of chicken, along with chicken tenders, chicken nuggets, chicken popcorn & fries with nacho sauce. It was a fun experience at the feast.

A colleague challenged me to try the Buldak special collaboration release. I had the Buldak Double Down, and it's as spicy as the ramen! I was thinking the chicken might help with the spice, but this spicy sauce really lives up to its name. Many thanks to the friendly staff who prepared the extra drink order quickly.

At the counter, Susie was warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. She greeted me with a bright smile and genuine friendliness that instantly made me feel like a valued customer. She was patient while I looked through the menu, offered helpful suggestions, and even made sure I was aware of any ongoing promotions that could give me better value for my meal. Her communication was clear and polite, and she handled the queue smoothly without rushing anyone — it’s clear she knows how to keep things moving while maintaining top-tier customer service. What impressed me even more was how seamlessly she transitioned from taking orders to preparing the food. Not only was she handling cashier duties, but she also worked in the kitchen to prepare meals — and yet, not once did it feel like the quality or pace of service dropped. She managed it all with remarkable energy and focus. The food she prepared was spot on — hot, fresh, and perfectly presented. The chicken was crispy and juicy, the sides were served in generous portions, and everything was packed neatly and with care. You could truly feel the pride she puts into her work, and it reflected in every detail of the meal. Susie is kind, hardworking, friendly, versatile, and dedicated to giving every customer the best experience possible. Whether she’s at the front counter or behind the scenes, she carries herself with professionalism and a positive attitude that leaves a lasting impression. To the KFC management team: Susie absolutely deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Employees like her are rare and deserve to be celebrated. I’ll definitely be returning to this outlet, not just for the food, but because of the amazing service from people like Susie.
