Food:
(+) Good quality control across all the branches I've tried. The taste is consistently the same, which I love.
Atmosphere:
(+) Cozy ambience.
(-) Every time I come, I have to search through the utensils rack for a fork and a spoon that doesn't have solid food remnants stuck to them.
Service:
This is not a complaint, but rather feedback for the management. I believe the staff is overworked, contributing to the subpar service.
(-) Once, the self-service kiosk was not working, and I informed the staff. However, they appeared to ignore me—a recurring pattern observed among the employees, possibly due to their overwhelming workload.
(-) When seeking a sample of soup before ordering, gaining the staff's attention is challenging. Even upon success, extended waiting times lead me to order without trying the new soup.
(-) Today, a staff member informed me that the sample would be served with my food, defeating the purpose of sampling after selecting my soup.

Came on 23 Aug, around 7pm. The staff were rude. The table was dirty and unwiped. We politely asked the staff to wipe our table, but they gave us a look and wiped it reluctantly. We had to ask them to wipe it again because the table was still dirty. The soups provided were also not according to the meal requested (we ordered mushroom soup with sweet bakes and clam chowder with flat bread, but were given clam chowder with sweet bakes). We had to collect and return them. The least you could do is provide better service? Wiping tables is the bare minimum for F&B service, no?

Came for a quick and easy dinner. The chain probably has a centralized kitchen, as evident by the similar taste and quality of the soups across all outlets. This outlet at Paragon is no different. However, the hygiene situation here is worrying for me. There were thick layers of dust on the exhaust fans directly above the kitchen and dining area. We noticed it when we saw dust balls flying. The utensils provided also remained greasy and appeared unclean when dining in. I would recommend regular cleaning for basic food safety reasons. Interestingly, other food stalls don’t seem to have similar dust issues as we walked around to compare. Maybe other food stalls clean more regularly? Or maybe this soup kitchen doesn’t clean at all? Paragon management, perhaps you would like to address basic food safety in your complex?

The Soup Spoon at Orchard Paragon is the branch my friends and I most like to frequent. It’s conveniently located for everyone to meet up.
They also have vegan/vegetarian options for everyone.
Good food with great service, it's definitely a favourite for many.
You can order your food simply by using the Soup Spoon app, the Souperholic. Enjoy.

Consistently good soups, salads, and sandwiches. Soup Spoon has definitely been a staple for flavourful soups and is my go-to for a light meal. Beef Goulash and Tomato Basil Soup are among my favourites, with prices ranging from $10-$15 depending on the size. Their salads and sandwiches are equally good. I had the smoked salmon sandwich today; it was tasty but a bit small for $8.90. This outlet has very few seats and can easily get full even before lunch hour. Service is efficient with a self-service ordering kiosk.

First time trying and I've fallen in love with the healthy choices of soups and salads. The portions are big and ample, and they're tasty as well. It's a local franchise with many outlets all over Singapore. There are many choices on the menu. The price is reasonable and worthy for the freshness. Well done.

One of the best soup stalls I've been to! The food is very tasty and satisfying, perfect for any time of the day. Prices are affordable, which makes it even better. The stall is clean and well-maintained — you can see they take hygiene seriously. On top of that, the staff are friendly and polite. Great food, great service, great value. Highly recommended!
