Just ordered 2 soups and one flatbread through the Deliveroo app. After waiting for 40 minutes, they only delivered one soup instead of two. Even the printed slip from the restaurant/Deliveroo mentions 2 soups. Bad experience overall.

First time trying their ginger scallion oyster mushroom flatbread, but it did not suit my taste. I still prefer the Bulgogi beef with quinoa. They had new muffins that could be added to the menu; these were too chocolatey. Always a mushroom soup lover, their velvety mushroom stroganoff is quite creamy, which I'm not a fan of.

The food was good. It gets a bit noisy during the lunch crowd with long queues and insufficient seating. The shop ran out of the takeaway soup I wanted, but the staff kindly informed me and let me choose another soup as a replacement. Thank you!

My second visit to this outlet. Ordered the salad set. The food was delicious and the portion was good. I was a little disappointed that the Tokyo Chicken Stew soup was a bit oily this time, but it did come hot. Otherwise, the service was good and the staff were friendly. It was late afternoon on a weekday, so there was no crowd. It was quiet with soft piped-in guitar instrumental music…nice

Loved the meal! In conjunction with their store anniversary, they had a 50% off promotion on the second soup, so I found the meal pretty worth it – 2 regular soups with 2 breads for $12.80! Will visit again :)
Service was pretty quick and fast when I went on Friday during dinner time (6pm).
I just felt that the roasted pumpkin soup could have had a bit more flavour, whether savoury or sweet, as I expected something closer to butternut squash soup's flavour notes.

This was my first visit to this outlet, and it was a much nicer experience than the one at the Woodleigh Mall outlet. Although I had minimal contact with the service crew, their service was still better, so I think this outlet deserves a good review! The menu offerings also had more variety compared to the outlet at NUS Central Forum. At least they served the soft bread here, not the crispy & hard "biscuit" version at the NUS outlet, which isn't friendly for teeth. I came in the evening around 6+ for dinner, and it wasn't crowded. More people arrived nearing 7pm, but the overall ambience was still nice and warm. I was alone, but I didn't feel that way. Instead, I enjoyed seeing how other diners were having a good time chatting and dining with their companions. The air-con temperature was also just right, unlike other outlets where the air-con is iceberg cold.
