Beware of a staff member named Lulu or someone similar! Her tone and attitude towards customers were extremely rude. She seems to have a knack for ruining one's day, so be mentally prepared for the worst when you enter this outlet.
Mr. Bean HQ! Please teach your staff to speak in English, not Mandarin. Some of us are not proficient, and last I checked, this is Singapore, where our main language of communication is English. Most textbooks are also written in English.
Initially, I didn't understand her question about sugar level because she spoke too quickly. She then shouted at me when she repeated her question. There was only one person behind me, not much of a queue, so I have no idea why she was so agitated.
I see other people have had similar experiences. Please send her for training before she ruins more people's experiences at Mr. Bean!

This outlet seriously needs more attention from Mr Bean HQ. Two weeks ago, I bought Pearly Soya Milk, but there were no more pearls by late afternoon, replaced with cincau. One week ago, I went to redeem 3-in-1 Riceballs, but there were no more sesame riceballs by afternoon, and I could only get peanut riceballs. This outlet always runs out of certain ingredients; either the business is too good or the supply is undersupplied. The HQ should keep track of stock quantities to ensure there are no shortages of certain ingredients. The male staff here also has a poor service attitude.
