Felt cheated with the pulled beef burger. I ordered the proper serving, not even the set, but the meat portion was so miserable. The beef goulash also has less beef now. It seems most F&B establishments are only profit-driven and no longer serve value for money food anymore.

I love this place so much as the staff is very friendly. I forgot to ask her name (the Muslim staff). She always greets her customers.

So far, this is my favorite Soup Spoon outlet. The place is kept neat and clean. The staff are friendly. One of the staff, Mas, is particularly attentive to details. She remembers the patrons and always pays attention to their needs. Highly recommended.

Got the sandwich set and upsized the soup. The location is well-lit and not crowded. What stood out was Mas's service when she assisted with refunding my order. I had missed out on ordering corn with my membership voucher. She paid me back using her personal PayNow and said she would claim it thereafter. She also patiently explained the redemption steps. I definitely felt valued as a customer/member. It's no wonder she receives so many positive reviews.

Soup Spoon is my favourite healthier choice for meals, with its hearty soups and tasty salads, perfect either before or after exercising at the Sports Hub area. There's plenty of parking and it's very near the Stadium MRT. It also helps that the staff are all very friendly and welcoming (special shout out to Maz!). I'm always happy to return for another meal.
