The food was below my expectation, but the serving was quite fast. Many people were queuing for dinner as they needed to enter for a concert soon. We ordered a promotion set for around $21 per person, which included one drink. It was quite filling for a dinner for two.

Disappointing Experience with Poor Service and Underwhelming Food Had a thoroughly disappointing lunch at this restaurant. Despite being the only table dining at the time, we had to raise our voices twice just to get the server’s attention. It was baffling to see the server repeatedly staring into the kitchen instead of attending to guests. The food didn’t fare any better. The mango salad came with slices that were far too thick, making it unpleasant to eat. The chendol, which we expected to be rich with gula melaka, was completely lacking in flavor—and the ice was coarse and hard, which further ruined the dessert experience. To top it off, the manager’s farewell was cold and insincere, which left us with an even worse impression. The overall service and attitude were far from welcoming. Regrettably, I wouldn’t recommend this place to others, nor do I see myself returning.

Came here for lunch instead due to a long queue for parking at Kallang Leisure. First of all, the white rice was lumpy and mushy. The clear tom yum soup was bland, and the sotong in it was overcooked, tasting like rubber. The kang kong and fried chicken were acceptable. The fried egg with prawn was also bland. Wouldn't recommend. The place was warm and relied on a small fan. The total damage was $59.60 for 4 persons. They offered free popcorn.

The fried omelette served was excessively oily, to the point of being inedible as it was literally swimming in oil. I raised this concern with one of their male service staff, hoping for an appropriate response. However, instead of acknowledging the issue, I was told that I should have informed them in advance if I wanted the dish to be less oily. With all due respect, a customer would not reasonably expect a standard omelette to be that drenched in oil in the first place.

Ordered the seafood lime, chilli, and garlic platter with two drinks. The food hardly tasted of anything. I asked the staff for extra cilantro, which he kindly scraped together for us as there was apparently no more. I added extra chilli, garlic, and lime sauce, but still couldn't make the dish better. It tasted like watered-down leftover sauce. Horrible. Paid S$56 for this, and I'm not coming back ever. I gave 4 stars for service because the staff was helpful and kind.

Amazing Service and Delicious Food! I had a fantastic dining experience at Sanook Kitchen in Kallang Wave Mall. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was served promptly, and every dish was flavorful and authentic — the Pad Thai and Green Curry were especially delightful! What stood out most was their impeccable service. The team checked in regularly to ensure we were happy with our meal, and they even offered great recommendations. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of great food and excellent service. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving delicious Thai food in a welcoming environment. I will definitely be back soon!

I've been here multiple times, but I just want to highlight how wonderful the service staff were today during the dinner rush. My group and I had just come from a concert. That, plus a dinner rush, meant long queues and extended waiting times. I was impressed that the servers remained hospitable and patient towards everyone. 10/10, will go again and I highly recommend this outlet to everyone. Also, the food was great as always.

The food was good, and the place was conducive. I had the basil chicken rice, which I really loved, along with the seafood tomyam soup. Staff Josephine was friendly and nice, checking in to see if we were enjoying our food and sharing information about food options.

Called to make a reservation for dinner here on a weekday for 30+ pax, and Izzu was a great help with the pre-orders, the way we wanted the food served, and confirmation of the seating arrangement. Pre-orders are required for reservations above 20 pax. Payment is done on the day of the reservation, and no deposit is required. We were able to request cancellations for certain orders due to dropouts on the day, and it was a smooth process. Food was also served very quickly as we mentioned our tight schedule. Great service and food overall. Thank you to Izzu, the chef, and the service crew!

The team member Song is excellent and attentive to the table. He is working so hard, managing table service and the cashier, and even helped us to warm up our fish after it had cooled.
